Chapter 634 - Chapter 633: The Fall of the Hun Clan

"Liu Xi!"

Hun Tiandi's voice was hoarse with hatred, his teeth grinding against each other as his fury reached its peak. In his entire life, he had never bowed his head to anyone. Even the once-mighty Xiao Clan had been buried by his own hands.

For a thousand years, he had cultivated and rebuilt the Hun Clan to the height of its power. The Ling Clan, the Shi Clan—one by one, all had fallen before him. Yet after that, everything went wrong. Fortune turned against him, his ambitions withered, and the seeds of his downfall grew in silence. The sheep he had fattened became a wolf—and that wolf, Liu Xi, now stood before him, tearing his empire apart.

The blood sea roared, surging skyward with waves that seemed to pierce the heavens. Ghostly wails echoed through the crimson abyss, as though they were the howls of his rage itself. That hatred—born from his own heart and fed by endless resentment—drove him into madness. He wanted to tear Liu Xi apart, to devour him alive.

Dark thoughts gnawed at his mind. Hatred and evil will swelled from deep within his soul, drowning the last traces of reason. They came from every direction—from Gu Yuan, from Gu Lie, from Huo Ling and Lei Jie, from the countless slain warriors of the three clans, and from the endless souls of his own fallen people.

Hun Tiandi's sanity withered away. Bloodlust, cruelty, madness—they all consumed him completely. His once-proud face twisted into something both beautiful and monstrous. His blood-soaked hair fell loosely around his shoulders, his crimson eyes glowing with demonic allure.

As he rose from the blood sea, a colossal shadow took form behind him—a beast of blood and flesh, towering a thousand feet high. Countless black eyes bulged beneath its dripping skin, each filled with malice and hatred. The monstrous apparition loomed over Hun Tiandi, glaring alongside him at Liu Xi. Waves of malevolent intent rolled forth like a storm, trying to crush Liu Xi's very soul.

Yet Liu Xi simply stood there, calm amid the void. Azure light shimmered faintly across his body. Every thread of dark energy that approached him dissolved instantly into nothingness, like raindrops vanishing into the ocean.

The chaotic nature of the Azure Lotus had reached perfection—it could refine all things. Though Liu Xi could not claim to be beyond the laws of the world, he was close enough. Even these formless, intangible corruptions could not harm him. All evil before him was reduced to purity.

With his hands clasped behind his back, Liu Xi studied Hun Tiandi and the grotesque shadow at his back. It was no illusion—the creature was real, a physical manifestation of Hun Tiandi's corruption. Born from his darkest emotions, nurtured by endless resentment, it had already begun to consume its creator's consciousness. If it fully emerged, it could easily become a calamity capable of destroying the world.

"Evil spirits… reminds me of those demons from the legends," Liu Xi murmured indifferently. "No matter what you are, you won't be walking out of here alive."

He felt a faint trace of danger from the monster—but only faintly. Unless it devoured every soul and grievance on the continent, it would never become a true threat.

"Kill you! Kill you! Kill you!" Hun Tiandi's maddened voice echoed across the blood sea. His gaze locked onto Liu Xi, filled with murderous obsession. His killing intent was so thick it almost became tangible—a mental storm of pure hatred.

But Liu Xi was immune.

Boom!

Hun Tiandi vanished from where he stood, the blood sea splitting apart beneath his feet. Crimson waves surged thousands of feet high, the very space they touched disintegrating into void.

Liu Xi's brow arched slightly. His body turned into a streak of lightning as azure flames danced around him. In the next instant, he clashed with Hun Tiandi head-on—fist against fist.

A single shockwave burst outward. Silence fell.

Then, within the span of a heartbeat, the entire region of space collapsed. The heavens could not withstand the collision of two Half-Step Dou Di's, and the world itself was reduced to nothingness.

The exchange lasted less than a fraction of a second. When the dust cleared, Hun Tiandi was the one forced backward, his eyes wide and trembling.

Though it looked even, he knew the truth—he had lost.

The bloody Dou Qi he had unleashed to corrode Liu Xi had simply vanished, as if absorbed into another dimension. All connection between him and his energy was severed completely. In its place, a terrifyingly pure, blazing aura radiated from Liu Xi's body. One touch would mean annihilation.

Hun Tiandi's fear surfaced.

"Liu Xi… there's no deep hatred between us. The only reason we crossed paths was that you left me half-dead." He forced a smile, his tone softening. "You can't kill me, and I can't kill you. Why not end it here? We can shake hands and walk away as equals."

Liu Xi smiled faintly, flexing his fingers as though warming up for the next blow. "What do you think?"

Hun Tiandi's expression darkened. "So you refuse?"

Liu Xi chuckled. "You're not stupid—why ask such a foolish question? If I let you go today, you'll drown the continent in blood tomorrow."

"Humph." Hun Tiandi sneered coldly. "And what does that have to do with you?"

"I just feel like playing hero for once," Liu Xi replied lightly.

"Hero?" Hun Tiandi's tone dripped with contempt. "Good men die young. Heroes… die even faster."

Liu Xi only smiled.

"Then die!"

Hun Tiandi roared, his body hunching forward as he raised his hands. His palms split open, blood flowing freely as a weapon took form between them—a formless blade, forged of his very essence. Each drop of blood carried the power of a Dou Saint.

His face turned pale, his figure withered to skin and bone, his aura flickering like a candle in the wind.

"Ghost Blood Blade!"

The bloody weapon solidified, exuding overwhelming malice and despair.

Liu Xi's expression remained calm. Hun Tiandi himself was no longer the threat—the true danger was the abomination born from his hatred.

"Transform into the Lotus."

His voice was soft, yet it resonated through the heavens. Azure light burst from his body, merging his soul and flesh into one. The flames surrounding him blazed into a sea of azure, and from that fire, a lotus bloomed—pure, crystalline, flawless.

It expanded rapidly—ten feet, a hundred, a thousand—its radiance swallowing the sky.

"What is that?" Hun Tiandi's voice trembled. Even the beastly shadow behind him recoiled.

He swung the Ghost Blood Blade downward. The crimson edge, sharp enough to split the world itself, met the lotus head-on—only to melt away. Before the chaotic power of the Azure Lotus, everything lost its form.

The blade dissolved into nothingness.

Chaos—power that refines all. All things before it perish.

The blow barely made the lotus tremble. Its expansion continued, surging forward like an ocean of azure flame. Within moments, Hun Tiandi and the monstrous apparition behind him were engulfed completely.

Until the very end, Hun Tiandi's face remained frozen in disbelief. His weapon, his will, even his existence itself was being erased. The creature born of his malice struggled desperately, its formless body unraveling before the rule of Chaos.

"No—!" Its final cry echoed faintly, fading into silence.

The lotus swept across the entire Hun Realm. The boundless blood sea, the last surviving members of the Hun Clan—everything was consumed in that azure light.

When the flames faded, nothing remained.

The Hun Clan was gone.
