Using Jia Nan Academy as the foundation, he expanded it into a grand institution that spanned the entire continent. Students would study there, and upon graduation, they would be recommended to suitable sects or recruited into the Alliance itself, trading merit for techniques, resources, and ranks.
Those who completed advanced training within sects would also return to serve the Alliance in official capacities, helping to strengthen its reach across the continent.

Power was gradually and precisely distributed. Liu Xi naturally took the position of Alliance Leader, with his close ones as vice leaders, while sect masters held limited elder seats. The seats were few, and competition was fierce.
The four great clans — Gu, Lei, Yan, and Yao — were permitted only to exist as family lineages, never again as racial powers, and all subordinate to the Alliance.
The Heavenly Alliance Charter was clear:
The Alliance shall promote the prosperity of all sects and mediate their disputes, establish proper hierarchical systems, and regulate the flow of resources across the land.
It shall punish banditry and slaughter without mercy, protect cultivation resources, encourage merit-based advancement, and discourage bloodshed for treasure.
Its goal — the shared prosperity of the entire continent!
That was Liu Xi's vision. By the time the new generation grew strong enough to vie for power, he would already have ascended and stood firm in the Great Thousand World. When that time came, he would bring the worthy with him. In that vast world, unity would be their only path to survival.
Once order was established, Liu Xi began traveling across the continent to assess its remaining resources. The Heavenly Tomb of the Gu Realm, the Thunder Prison of the Lei Realm, the Volcanoes of the Yan Realm, and the Medicinal Mountains of the Yao Realm had all been devastated. Restoring them would take time.
Though such resources were meaningless to Liu Xi now, they were invaluable to others. The Heavenly Tomb, for example, would serve Zi Yan, Qing Lin, Yun Yun, and Xiao Yixian perfectly for cultivation. So Liu Xi reshaped it with his Dou Di power into a training world, erasing lingering remnants such as the Heavenly Tomb's souls and Xiao Xuan's wraith entirely.
During his journeys, in the Dark Forest south of the Beast Region, he discovered the elusive Dark Race — beings of pure energy who could meld with shadows and strike unseen.
Farther east, beyond the Eastern Region and by the shores of the East Sea, he found a race akin to merfolk — the Mermen. With human upper bodies and fish tails, the males were fierce warriors, while the females were peerless beauties with natural water-commanding powers. In the sea, their combat strength was unmatched.
To the far north, across the endless wilderness, he found the Barbarian Tribe — humans who fused with beast souls at birth. Those who survived the ritual gained their beast's strength and traits, and their future potential was tied to the rank of the beast soul they inherited.
Liu Xi collected resources along his path, his horizons expanding as he witnessed wonders beyond imagination. The Barbarians, he noted, bore striking resemblance to the Snake-People Tribe in nature — different forms of the same essence.
Eventually, he returned once more to the northwest. In the Tager Desert, he found Queen Medusa — now a 6-Star Dou Zun — though still prone to bouts of dazed silence.
After a moment's thought, Liu Xi took out the hundreds of Seven-Colored Heaven Swallowing Python souls he had retrieved from the depths of the Nine Serene Springs and gifted them to her. With his Emperor Realm Spiritual Power, he aided her in merging them perfectly — quietly, without anyone knowing.
"The Seven-Colored Heaven Swallowing Python truly is a rare beast. It would be a shame for it to remain confined to this continent. If you have the will, you can reach the Great Thousand World."
Having done so, Liu Xi left immediately — and certainly not because he felt guilty about sneaking off to spend time with his lovers.
Once all matters settled and peace spread across the land, the time came. The heavens stirred. From the heart of the Central Plains, radiant light spread far and wide — Liu Xi, the last Dou Di of the Dou Qi Continent, was about to ascend.
The world trembled in awe.
The Azure Lotus Emperor — Liu Xi — was leaving this world.
And every living being looked up to the skies, yearning to witness with their own eyes—The ascension of a Dou Di.
