In the streets of Violet City, a young man, after getting directions from a passerby, sprinted wildly in one direction. He kept muttering, "Suicune, please hold on for me. Don't let anyone capture you…"
In the dense forest of Route 32, a Pokémon, entirely blue and slender, with white diamond-shaped spots on its torso and a large hexagonal sky-blue crest on its forehead, was surrounded by several Pokémon under a tree.

Outside the battlefield where Suicune was being besieged, there were over a dozen others like the white-haired young man. They stood guard outside, preventing people like Jack, who also had designs on Suicune, from entering.
Jack, awakened by the Water Gun, frowned deeply, looked around, and then retreated into an unnoticed patch of woods.
A second later, Jack, transformed into the appearance of a young man, emerged from behind the tree. He took a Poké Ball from his waist, first muttered to himself, then shouted.
"Come out, Salamence."
A red light flashed, and a four-legged, dragon-like Pokémon reappeared. Jack jumped onto it, telling it to charge in with him.

It directly used Sheer Cold, rendering Charizard nearly unconscious. This intimidated the remaining four people. For a moment, they dared not easily advance.
Seeing this scene, Jack was overjoyed. As long as it wasn't captured, it was his excellent opportunity. Jack leaped off Salamence, took a Poké Ball from his waist, and was about to throw it. The few people below were startled to see Jack suddenly appear. They quickly ordered their respective Pokémon to stop him.

The sound was piercing and extremely uncomfortable. Jack's body stiffened in mid-air, and the Poké Ball, which was supposed to be thrown at Suicune, was thrown off course at that moment.

Mew saw Jack, stiff in mid-air, about to crash heavily to the ground, and quickly stopped its Hyper Beam, catching Jack just as he was about to land.
A second later, Jack recovered from his rigid state and hastily looked down. But Suicune was already gone. He looked around and found that Suicune had appeared a hundred meters to the north, running at an extremely fast speed.
For a moment, he didn't care if he was using his transformation ability in front of others. After ordering Mew to block the people below, he directly leaped off Mew's back again, transforming into a Dragonite in mid-air. Flapping its wings, he rapidly pursued Suicune.
