In the following week Mylo returns back to school.
He kneels in the restroom of floor 3 with the Alpha's hamburger, hot chocolate drink and cleaned ironed shirt. waiting for him to arrive.
When Ryker arrives, he takes his food and his shirt from Mylo, his face expressionless.
"From tomorrow you don't have to come here to clean or bring things to me anymore."
Mylo couldn't believe his ears.
He was supposed to feel relieved yet he is saddened.
He wondered what he did wrong for a brief second.
It seems the Alpha didn't want him anymore.
And it is good for him. He bobs his head with his lip tightly pressed together.
He didn't know what to say or reply as their eyes bore in each other with an unspoken unique affection that tugged something inside him.
He lowered his head and walked out of the Alpha.
Leaving Ryker to crumble as he throws the hamburger, drink and shirt away, leaving his Betas shocked.
He doesn't understand Mylo at all!
