"Are you sure you shouldn't stay home today?" Ryker
tries to convince Mylo, "Your hands are not healed yet."
"I can manage," Mylo looks at Ryker cutely, his eyes pleading, "I have been missing classes for at least two weeks. Don't forget that I am on scholarship. My grades are mercilessly dropping and I am far behind on the lessons."
"But you are hurt today."
"I only have two classes, I will be done quickly," Mylo insists stubbornly, "I am going to be running late and Zeke might be waiting for me."
"Baby," Ryker chided, his tone deep, "I worry about you. I can get Zeke to come here. I can talk to the professors and besides, nobody will dare pick on you or take away your scholarship."
"But I have to study, Alpha," Mylo argues, sighing tirelessly.
"Alright, just because you want to do this. But only this once," Ryker reasons, taking Mylo's school bag from him as he walks carefully behind the boy.
