Uzumaki Mito entered, her back straight, radiating an aura of vitality and elegance.
"Hiruzen…"
She called out in a calm voice, yet sharp as knives.
"It seems… you've become more interested in manga than the safety of the village."
Sarutobi Hiruzen was stunned.
The ANBU tensed.
Kushina nearly burst out laughing, but caught herself at the critical moment due to Minato's intervention.
As for Rob, he merely gave a small sideways smile.
This was… just the beginning.
Before anyone could speak, Mito continued:
"We have… a long conversation ahead."
…
A few hours earlier,
Rob glanced at the gate of the Senju clan residence, then looked back, noticing the many eyes watching him.
"Princess, Tsunade-sama, this is your home, as you know. You shouldn't be following me sneakily like this…" Rob said with a smile.
"Heh~ I didn't expect you to return here so quickly. Let me guess, you're here to see Grandma Mito?"
Tsunade approached with a gentle smile, holding a seven-chapter Naruto volume in her hand.
Rob then noticed Jiraiya, not far behind.
"And what does the other Legendary Sannin want by following me as well?"
Jiraiya stepped closer too.
"I just want to ask you about something… is that alright?" Jiraiya said, extending his hand to shake Rob's.
Rob couldn't believe that his favorite character from the entire series wanted to shake his hand at this moment… 'Fantasy has truly become reality…' Rob sighed, then a bright smile spread across his face, and he shook Jiraiya's hand with both of his.
"Haha! I didn't expect the legendary art store owner actually to be one of my fans!" Jiraiya laughed warmly before taking out a scroll and brush.
"Do you want an autograph?" he asked.
"Sure, why not!" Rob shouted enthusiastically.
"Heh?" Both Kushina and Minato felt the mysterious and revered aura surrounding their older brother crumble and vanish in that instant.
Rob didn't care. He took the signed scroll and quietly placed it in his pocket. Jiraiya was going to become incredibly famous, not just for being a Legendary Sannin… but through his manga, he would truly become a legendary figure worthy of fame.
Being the first to get his autograph was not a bad thing at all.
"Ah… it would be amazing to get your autograph too, my teacher…" Since his senses were extremely sharp, he sensed the "volcano" before it erupted, and requested Tsunade's autograph as well.
"Hehe~ Well, since you asked politely, I'll give it to you…"
"But sign this for me too…" She opened the manga volume in her hand and asked him to sign it.
Since he had authored this manga, she felt she would be his first fan! And no one would dare take that from her.
"Of course…"
Kushina felt jealous; she also wanted her older brother's autograph. Eventually, a line formed behind Tsunade, joined by Minato and Jiraiya.
…
Rob entered his grandmother's room once more.
This time, everyone had finished reading the manga, yet Rob was not surprised to see notifications about more Art Coins still arriving from time to time.
After all, some were working, some were on missions, some housewives couldn't leave their homes, and some children were at school… After the commotion ended, many rushed to the Art Store, running it themselves, and many had given their manga books to others to read.
So, Art Coins continued to increase, albeit more slowly than at the start of the day.
Rob closed the notification interface and focused on the elderly woman in bed, who was watching him intently.
"Grandmother, I have some requests…"
"I've been waiting for you. Sit down."
Mito interrupted him, asking him to sit first.
Rob nodded and sat.
"… and he asked me to join his side."
Rob began recounting everything that had happened, ending with what Danzō had said to him earlier.
"That's what happened… I see. Hiruzen and Danzō, it seems they think my grandson is easy to bully, right?"
The seal on her forehead began to glow. It was the Hundred Seal (Byakugō).
Before Rob's eyes, an astonishing scene unfolded.
The elderly woman, who had been on her deathbed, regained her youthful appearance, her hair transforming from white to red. She had clearly sacrificed much of the vitality gained from the one-month life injection to the Hundred Seal to restore her activity and mobility.
"Grandmother, you don't have to do this… I can—"
Before Rob could finish, she stopped him.
"Rubirō-kun… I don't have much time left anyway… this is the least I can do at the end of my life. I don't know where all this vitality suddenly appeared in my body to activate my technique again, but I am happy to breathe the air of Konoha once more in my nineties…"
"And in the meantime, I will teach young Hiruzen and young Danzō an important lesson." She smiled softly.
It seemed as if the Uzumaki princess had come back to life, a legendary figure, due to a force only explainable through Rob, rising once more to her feet.
…
"G-Grandmother…"
Tsunade's eyes widened, and she took a step back in utter shock as she saw the majestic figure before her.
Mito appeared with calm steps at the gate of the Senju clan residence, each step carrying the weight of centuries of authority. She wore a white kimono that flowed gracefully over her slender body.
Around her shoulders, a pristine white silk shawl draped—not wrapping around her, but floating behind her with stunning fluidity, like wings of light. The shawl swayed with every breeze, giving her an angelic aura that blended sanctity and power, just like a goddess from ancient yokai tales.
Her bright red Uzumaki hair was meticulously styled and gathered, with two white earrings dangling from either side.
Her emerald eyes appeared pale, revealing the depth of the time she had witnessed, unaffected by the Hundred Seal on her wise eyes.
On her forehead was a symbolic mark resembling a crystal, finely embroidered, combining simplicity and mystery, adding a spiritual touch—reminding all that she was not merely a woman… but the first jinchūriki in Konoha's history.
She did not walk…
She glided lightly and silently, the white shawl trailing behind her as if willingly following, as if the wind itself parted respectfully in her path.
And so… at her mere appearance, voices quieted, breaths halted.
Mito was not merely an old woman rising from her bed…
She was a true legend walking on her feet, with Rob beside her, smiling brightly.
He didn't even need to spend any of his coins to make her walk again; she did it using her own ability, relying only on the one-month vitality injection from earlier. After all, her chakra was at Kage-level!
Even after removing the Kyūbi's chakra from her body, her own chakra remained vast like an ocean! She had exceeded Rob's own expectations.
"My little Tsunade… this is how the Hundred Seal I taught you works."
Mito smiled gently.
Jiraiya couldn't believe that the elderly woman, wife of the First Hokage, a living legend he had thought dead, would appear before him in her youthful form!
It was truly an indescribable scene, striking him deeply.
"Grandmother!" Kushina ran with tears in her eyes and hugged Mito warmly.
"Haha! My sweet little Kushina-chan." Mito welcomed the embrace gently, patting her head with love.
Looking closely at this scene, which united three members of the Uzumaki—Rubiro, Mito, and Kushina—they truly seemed like siblings from the same family.
Minato felt warm emotions as he watched this intimate family reunion.
