Chapter 17 - Chapter Seventeen: Focus

She did as she was told and relaxed for the morning, enjoying a mid-day meal in the courtyard after Egon's morning students had gone home. Casper decided after the mid-day meal that he would be going back to the Amalthea for a few days to check on the crew. That left her alone with Evander and Egon. Mina was unsure about that situation. She had one man she had kissed very passionately that morning, and another that didn't seem to care that she was married and had been pressed into her just before.

"Focus!" It was the second time that Egon had said it, though only once had been to her.

"Sorry," She replied sheepishly, her mind having wandered to kissing him. She couldn't believe she was being that girl. Too focused on kissing boys to pay attention to what she was doing. She couldn't do that. She had responsibilities.

"Again," Egon said, more gently.

Mina followed the dance that he had laid out for them. Advance, Retreat, Advance, Retreat, Advance, turn, and so forth and so on. This time, she stayed focused on what she was doing and earned an approving smile from Egon. Evander had even managed not to step on her once.

"Again."

Egon didn't go out that night. He had been out every night they were there so far, but not this night. After their evening meal, he retreated back into the courtyard by himself. Mina waited until after Van had gone to bed before intruding on Egon's alone time. She sat on the stone bench against the wall and watched him. He was slowly rehearsing sparring steps in the center of the courtyard, rather inconveniently, without a shirt. She watched anyway.

"Hello, little queen," he breathed into one of his stances.

"Hello, Egon," she replied.

"What can I do for you?" he asked at a pause.

"Nothing. I'm just enjoying the fresh night air."

"It's a bit cool, isn't it?" He reached what looked like an appropriate ending and stopped moving, back towards her.

"It is, but I'm enjoying it." She sat back against the wall and watched him, breathing heavily from his efforts. His back was a lovely sight in the dim light of candles set up around the courtyard. His broad, muscular shoulders tapering to his waist.

"Is that what you're enjoying?" He turned towards her, smiling slyly. The impish look was something she'd never seen from him before. She was sure she was getting herself into trouble now.

"What else would I be enjoying?" She asked innocently, making sure to make eye contact with him.

He approached her swiftly and leaned over her, placing his hands on either side of her. She was forced to look up to avoid coming face-first to his chest. He looked down on her, an obvious hunger in his eyes. Then he leaned in, pressing his mouth against hers, teasing her bottom lip with his tongue. This kiss was completely different from the one she'd shared with Evander that morning. It was the kiss of an experienced man. Every move, every slip of the tongue, every suckle made her desire for him swell deep in her stomach. Her kiss with Evander had been sweet and innocent. This kiss was passion and need.

Without breaking their kiss, Egon moved one of his hands to the skirt of her dress. She felt the fabric inch up her legs, exposing her calves and knees to the cool night air. His warm hand found its way to her thigh, his touch gentle but determined. As he inched up towards her center, she considered pulling away and stopping him. She should stop him. She was married after all. But she wasn't at home, where her every move was policed. Who was going to stop her?

His fingers reached her delicate folds, and he gently nudged his way between them. Her breath came quicker as he made his way to her clit, teasing her as he went. He nudged at the bud, and a gasp escaped between their lips. He chuckled and began to rub his fingers over her, one at a time. Her legs twitched with every contact. She had begun to think it all might be too much when he suddenly stopped. He gently ran his fingers down her folds to her opening and dipped one finger inside her. He stopped kissing her and watched her face as he pressed one digit into her hot core and removed it again. He did it again, and she rocked into him unconsciously. He took this as the encouragement it was and added a second finger. She moaned as he slowly made his way inside her.

He pressed in and out of her as she rocked on his hand, occasionally giving her deep kisses like she's never had before. He hooked his fingers inside her and pressed against the spot she had dreamed about while using his thumb to tease her clit. She felt like she was going to explode. She moaned loudly as the heat built inside her stomach and she desperately rocked against him over and over until he pushed her right over the edge into euphoria. Her body quaked with every wave of pleasure. At some point, she had begun to cling to him, perhaps to steady herself. He pulled every moan and every tremble he could from her before stilling his hand and kissing her again.

"Fuck, you feel so good." He breathed. "I want to be inside you so fucking bad."

"No." She said quietly. She wasn't ready for that. She wasn't sure she had been ready for all this, but what's done is done.

"Whatever you want, little queen." He pulled his fingers gently from inside her and swiveled to sit next to her, still breathing heavily. "Did you enjoy the show, Van?"

She froze. Van was there? How long was Van there? How much trouble was she in?

Van didn't respond. She looked over at him. He didn't seem upset. In fact, he seemed like he might have enjoyed himself. She blushed when she saw his erection pressing out against his pants. Suddenly, Egon got up and walked over to him. Van looked a little frightened at first, but Egon stopped short of him. Then he did something she was sure neither of them expected. He grabbed Evander by the face and kissed him. He kissed him like he'd been kissing her. Then he released him, and like nothing had happened, he started putting the candles out.

"It's getting late. We should all get some rest." He explained as he snuffed the candles one by one. Van still stood near the doorway, and even in the dim light, she could see that he was flushed red from his encounter with Egon. She thought she was going to have to choose between them, but it had now been brought to her attention that there was the possibility of a third option.
