Chapter 45 - Extra: The Great Fluffy Warehouse Reveal

Extra Volume · Fluffy Universe

The main story has ended, but the fox's tail still hasn't stopped begging for affection. Here you'll find their daily life, embarrassing pasts, and sweet little skits— There are ears, tails, unequal treaties, and of course, all the fluff you love. Their feelings are now out in the open, sugar is unlimited. Welcome to the second life of fluff.

Ever since Emma learned that Fox Lian possessed a legendary "fluffy accessory warehouse," her curiosity was completely ignited.

"So," she poked the fox napping on her lap, her fingertip sinking into the especially soft fur behind his ear, "that warehouse that lets you change accessories every day—does it really exist?"

Fox Lian lazily lifted his eyelids, violet eyes hazy with comfort: "Mm."

"I want to see it," Emma declared.

His ears shot upright, eyes flickering: "…There's nothing worth seeing."

The more evasive he was, the more determined Emma became: "I insist."

In the end, under Emma's "no tail-petting unless you show me" threat, Fox Lian reluctantly led her to the innermost chamber of his academy quarters.

When the sealed door slowly opened, even though she had prepared herself, Emma still gasped in shock.

This wasn't a warehouse—it was a fluffy sanctuary!

The chamber had been expanded with spatial magic, vast and dazzling. Crystal display cases lined the walls, each meticulously arranged with thousands of fluffy accessories—

By color: snow white, silver gray, moon blue, soft pink… like a gentle rainbow.

By material: moonlight fox fur, starlight beast hair, cloudbird feathers, spirit-silk velvet…

By shape: pom-poms, tassels, tail rings, ear studs, hair ribbons, brooches, cufflinks… even plush animal charms in lifelike poses!

Every piece was exquisitely crafted, perfectly maintained, glowing warmly under soft light.

Emma wandered among the cases, feeling as if she had fallen into a fluffy paradise. She pointed at one case filled with dozens of familiar white pom-poms in varying sizes, turning to Fox Lian in surprise: "These…"

"Mm." His ears flushed red, tail sweeping the floor uneasily. "The ones you asked about before. Same style, different sizes, matched with different outfits."

Emma spotted another case filled entirely with fox-shaped trinkets—chibi to realistic, curled to running, each unique. "These…"

"Just collecting for fun." He looked away, tone feigned casual, though the twitching tip of his tail betrayed his embarrassment.

At the very back, Emma found a single display under a protective amethyst dome. Inside lay a simple bracelet woven from silver fox fur, old and slightly clumsy in craftsmanship.

"What's this?" Emma asked, recognizing it faintly.

Fox Lian hesitated, then spoke softly: "When I was little, I wove it from my first shed baby fur." He paused, voice lower. "I meant… to give it to you as a birthday gift. But before I could, I heard you… feared fluff."

Emma's heart was struck like by the gentlest feather. She remembered that silver-haired little fox years ago, hiding behind the crowd, clutching something, only to leave in quiet disappointment.

So it was that early…

She lifted the dome, took out the bracelet, and slipped it onto her wrist. The fox fur lay warm against her skin, carrying the tenderness of years.

"Not afraid anymore." She smiled at him, then glanced around the breathtaking "sanctuary," feigning sternness: "So, Your Highness Fox Lian, were you deliberately using daily accessory changes as 'targeted fluffy temptation' against me?"

His ears burned crimson, tail wrapping around himself in flustered defense, voice muffled: "…And what if I was?"

Emma laughed, pulled him out of his cocoon of tail, cupped his heated face, and kissed his burning ear tip: "Congratulations. Temptation successful."

From then on, the Fluffy Warehouse became Emma's secret playground. She loved picking and choosing, personally styling Fox Lian's "battle outfits" for the day.

Fox Lian, meanwhile, enjoyed double the joy—Emma's hands dressing him, and her satisfied strokes and kisses afterward.

And that old bracelet? Emma never took it off again.
