1. He is not directly related to God. When he was remade into the universe, he was the only one made at the same time god was. God claiming him as a "brother" is not literal. Its more of someone who can finally understand him. So he isn't going after his Great niece you pervs.
2. The character Max has only seen up to season 1 of Hazbin Hotel and Season 2 ond Season 2 of Helluva Boss. He has no further knowledge of future events
3. He technically has 3 lives. The one he had before his wishes were granted. The one were He is hell himself. And the one god made into existence to help him hide more easily. He has memories of all of them and yes, they all actually happened.
4. When he made his physical body and soul to be separated from his true body. He also lost the ability to use many of his powers in his base form. That's why he can't use many omni powers or high level magic as his brain and body can't keep up with it for long.
5. As time goes on, he is slowly changing his personality. Kinda happens when you have 3 lives of overlapping memories in your head
6. He is not completely invincible nor unlikable in his physical form. But that information is relevant later
7. No, that is not all his lovers he gets at the start
