"Can they simply just destroy a country?" Liam asked with disbelief.
The country represented safety. How safe would it be if a single monster could take it down?
Tyler shrugged his shoulders and said.
"It should be similar to city-level, where they can destroy a country but only the ordinary buildings and cities."
"And don't forget that!"
As he said, he pointed at a huge marking on the Eternal Forest.
While the trees weren't damaged, the wind still managed to leave some damage on the ground.
"Not to mention, this is just Country-Level. The next level is Continental-Level, similar to a Sixth Rank."
"Don't even ask me how much damage that can cause. It has never happened as long as I can remember."
At this moment, John decided to speak.
"I have something to say about that."
Tyler darted his eyes towards John as John explained.
"Thirty years ago, many earthquakes were happening every month. Since earthquakes were considered natural disasters, nobody doubted it."
"Then, there were also hurricanes and volcanic eruptions. But it has been thirty years since something like that has ever happened."
"So, I am not sure if this is some sort of natural disaster that was taken care of or the power of Continental or Country-Level Monsters."
Hearing that, Rose mumbled.
"Being old does give you a lot of experience."
"Hahaha! I was just a child at that time. If Lord hasn't taken his time to explain their ranks, I wouldn't even doubt something like that."
John's expression turned serious as he continued.
"We are not exactly sure why it stopped, but there is one thing I soon found that was quite confusing."
"Before that, hunters rarely worked together. They rarely have any sort of meeting for the sake of humanity."
"But thirty years ago, the Hunter Association was established, and giving tasks to hunters became much easier."
Tyler nodded.
"Just ring a bell and a messenger will arrive. Send the message to the hunter association about the mission."
"They decide our mission's difficult, cost, and other miscellaneous things. I used them quite a lot during the start of the previous year."
Hearing that, Martin couldn't help but speak out of gratitude.
"If it weren't for you spending so much money, we wouldn't have survived. Every time I think about it, I always want to show my gratitude towards you."
Others immediately nodded.
Tyler chuckled and said.
"If you want to repay me, just grow stronger and keep the city safe."
"We will."
Five of them replied at the same time.
"So, let's continue with monster ranking. Now, I did get all of this information from a certified powerhouse, but I don't know the details."
"The next rank is Moon-Level. Then, it's Planetary-Level. Finally, it's Star-Level."
"From names, we can discern what their capabilities will be, but without any proof of their power, we can't say for sure."
"And four of you are still at First Rank. Rose is only at the Second Rank. I am approaching Fourth Rank."
"Other ranks are still too far beyond us. So, let's not talk about that."
Others nodded, but Liam raised his hand and asked.
"Lord, do spirits and monsters have a similar rank system?"
Tyler nodded.
"While spirits might not look that destructive, they all possess a certain ability. Just like how monsters' normal attacks are physical, spirits' normal attacks are spiritual."
"Just like how we possess Aura on the Second Rank, monsters and spirits will possess an ability at the Street-Level."
"That Ice Release was the ability of a spirit. Have you read about Five Elements, Yin, and Yang?"
Rose, Liam, Martin, and Jacob shook their heads while John nodded.
When everyone stared at him, John spoke.
"Five Elements, Yin, and Yang are the common ingredients for the creation of the universe."
"It has been described that way in some of the myths and historical books. These books were written before humanity even started gaining power."
"They are studied, and many simplified versions have been released throughout the world."
At this moment, Rose raised her hand and asked.
"Is that the Book of Life and Death?"
John widened his eyes and chuckled.
"Yes, that's the one. Yin and Yang have been replaced by Life and Death. Yin represents Death while Yang represents Life."
"Those words didn't appear in that book even once, but they are interconnected."
"Yin is about giving imagination a form while Yang is about giving creation a new vitality."
Rose nodded her head.
"I got the idea for Blood Healing, Blood Explosion, and Blood Dash are all the results of my ideas that I got while reading that book."
Hearing that, Jacob grumbled.
"I mean, Blood is not supposed to explode, right?"
"Neither is it supposed to move as fast as the wind," Liam replied soon after.
"Haha! This is the power of imagination and creativity. Remember, Blood is, after all, material that can be given life."
"What kind of life you give it depends on you. Life doesn't just mean being alive. It means growth. It means vitality. It even represents life."
"Of course, those are just concepts for now, but once you manage to understand those concepts and apply them to your ability, you can produce such results."
Hearing that, Martin chuckled.
"So, reading helps us with this."
"Otherwise, why do you think the academy exists in the country? In fact, I also plan to build an academy in the city."
Hearing Tyler's words, Liam's eyes lit up as he excitedly asked.
"Sir, what kind of academy will it be? Are you going to train hunters?"
Tyler shook his head.
"Not just hunters! With the emergence os Soul Bills, it is a foregone conclusion that most humans will be forced to become hunters."
"But even so, there are many things that we can't just give up. Whether it is construction, farming, teaching, or research, all of them require manpower."
"That means hunters will continue to do these jobs. Especially since research and constructions are two jobs where hunters have already established themselves."
"So, the academy will start from the age of five. First five years will be focused on teaching basic things, slowly building their education."
"This will be Primary-Level. The next is High School Level, where they will be given a Natural Fruit."
"And for the next five years, they will be taught how to fight, how to utilize and improve their ability, skills, and combat awareness."
"That's why I brought four of you here. If it were just for meat and Natural Fruit, it would've been much faster with just me and Rose."
Hearing that, John couldn't stop looking at Tyler with admiration. He was practically worshipping Tyler in his mind.
Because he had the courage to share the Natural Fruit with children.
Children could be taught anything, and if they believe it enough, they could do anything.
If they were given a good education, proper hunting skills, and help to improve their skills, they would be far better than an average hunter.
"It's an amazing idea, Lord!"
John excitedly slapped his thigh and shouted.
Tyler smiled and nodded.
"I am glad that you understand my intentions. With the changing world, we need to make sure we are not left behind."
Hearing that, Liam raised his fist and said.
"Lord, we won't hold you back. Let's enter the forest!"
At this moment, they were still outside the forest, and Natural Fruits could only be found inside the forest.
Although they were a bit afraid of stronger monsters, their courage was ignited. They wanted to do good for their city, and this was their chance.
"You are right!"
Tyler nodded and stood up.
Others started preparing. There weren't a lot of things, but Martin and John had just recovered.
After checking their clothes, they made their way to the forest.
They chose the exact path where the wind came.
"Sir, should we choose another path?"
Rose moved her head closer to Tyler and asked.
"We can't fear our resources. If we start fearing them, how can we ever get rich? It's a risky move, but I trust you all."
"We trust you, Lord!"
Others replied with solemn expressions. Although they were afraid of this path, since monsters and spirits would definitely get closer to this path.
They also knew they had to do this for their city. Otherwise, they would be left searching for monsters.
And that would waste a lot of time.
But their worries weren't unfounded.
This level of destruction was going to attract stronger monsters and spirits. They wouldn't be able to help Tyler.
But that's exactly what Tyler wanted.
He came here for two reasons.
Earn resources for his city and test his strength!
In his city, the only one who could give him a proper beating was Misaka, but she was completely loyal to him.
She would never hurt him. And that's not what he wanted.
Suddenly, he paused.
"Two Monsters, no spirits! All of you, keep some distance from me!"
"It's hunting time!"
