Over the two weeks before the U.A. sports festival Kitaro trained with the girls. Along with Eijiro, Denki, Mashirao, and Azula. While training with Azula, Kitaro spoke with her about her quirk.
Flashback
Kitaro pulled Azula aside and asked "So you wanna tell me why you refuse to use your fire side? I know it has to do with your father but, I'm sure there's a story behind it."
Azula paused, then said "As you know my father is Endeavor. What you might not know is he has always wanted to be number one. However he couldn't surpass All Might. So he decided on the next best thing. Have you heard of quirk marriages?"
Kitaro's eyes widen noticeably, then he said "I see, you're his master piece. How many siblings do you have?"
Azula replied saying "Yes I guess you can say that. I had 3 older siblings. My oldest brother Tōya, I don't really remember much about him. However one day he died in a training accident due to his quirk. My older sister Fuyumi tries to keep the peace in the house. However my second brother Natsuo hates my father for what he did to us."
She then touched her scar while saying "My mother is a different story though. Since her parents sold her off, she tried to make the best of it. However the more my father failed at gaining the top spot, the more unstable he became. He became so bad that he made my mother snap."
She then gave a sigh, looked outside the window and said "One day I over heard my mother talking on the phone. She was saying she wanted to leave, I called out to her and when she seen me. It was like when she looked at my father, then threw boiling water on me, giving me this scar over my eye. She was then put in a hospital, I haven't seen her since. That's why I refuse to use his quirk. I'll only use my mothers ice."
Kitaro was quite for a second then said "You're not using their quirks. It's yours, endeavor has hell fire from what I know. While I'm guessing that your mother's is a strong ice quirk. You have half hot half cold. As for your mother have you seen her? When was the last time you talked to her? It might be good for her and yourself."
Azula looked at him in surprise, remembering a past memory, of her and her mother they were sitting on the couch while watching All Might saving people. When her mother told her she doesn't have to let her blood shackle her.
Then she smiled and said "Thank you for that. You just reminded me of a important memory. It's been a few years since I last seen her but, after hearing your words. I think I'll see her soon."
Kitaro gave her a smile and said "Don't worry about it. Besides I'd love to have a good dance with you going all out. Our last dance can't really be considered a true dance since it was a practice test." He finished with a smirk at the end.
End Flashback
It was finally the day of the U.A. sports festival, the class was in the waiting room.
Kitaro was sitting down talking with the girls, when Azula walked up to Izuku saying "Izuku, I don't know what kind of relationship you have with All Might, and I'm not trying to interfere, but I wanted to say. I'll beat you today in the sports festival, I'll prove I'm the strongest here."
Eijiro walked up to them saying "Hey, why are you picking a fight all of a sudden?"
However he couldn't finish when Azula said "I'm not finished." Then she turned to Kitaro saying "I know you're strong, but I'll still win today."
Kitaro looked at her and smirked saying "I hope you'll give me a good dance, however if you hold back don't bother. I know your strong as well but beating me won't be easy."
They then heard the bell announced the start of the sports festival. The class arrived in the hallway where they would exit from.
Present Mic spoke out a speaker saying "Welcome to the U.A. sports festival ladies and gentlemen. Today you'll be watching our first years battle it out to claim the top spot."
The crowd started to go wild. Cheering and screaming for the show they're about to watch. While Eri and Kurama was in a private room with Seki, Nejire, Mirio, and Tamaki.
Then Present Mic continues saying "Now then please help me welcome hero course class 1 A. The class who managed to fight off villains their first year in their hero course." Class 1 A started walking out, with some of them being nervous, and the crowd cheering even louder seeing the most famous class.
Eijiro spoke while walking out saying "Man I'm getting nervous from Present Mic announcement." He finished looking around at the crowd cheering.
Mina spoke saying "Don't worry Kiri, I'm sure we'll do great." She then looked at Kitaro finishing "Besides with all the training you did with Kitaro I'm sure you'll do great." She finished with a cheerful smile on her face.
Present Mic continued saying "Now then, even though they haven't been in the spotlight as much lately, they have proved they deserve to be here. Give it up for hero course class 1 B." Class 1 B started walking out, with some complaints about the difference in the introductions.
After a brief moment Present Mic continued by saying "Let's hear it for our general studies students classes C, D, and E." The crowd was cheering seeing the general course students, Kitaro over heard one of them say "It's like we're here just to make the hero course look good."
Then Present Mic continued saying "Finally we have our support and management courses F, G, H, I, J, and K." Right after saying that, the last two classes came out.
After all the students came out, Present Mic finished by saying "Now that all our first year students are here. Let's hear it for Midnight, this years referee." Midnight came walking out cracking a whip against the floor.
Midnight smirked, while swaying her hips and licked her lips then spoke saying "Thank you all for showing up for our first year students. Now let's hear a speech from out first years represent, Kitaro Uchiha."
Kitaro walked up to the microphone with amusement dancing in his eyes, and a small smirk on his face as he made his way there.
Haku seeing the look in his eyes whispered to Momo, and Saiko asking "You both see the look in his eyes right? It's not just me, but he's definitely up to something."
Saiko looked at him then said "It's all to possible he's about to make everyone mad." Momo could only agree with her.
As soon as Kitaro walked up he looked at the crowd, then looked at the other students. He smiled then spoke to the crowd saying "Thank you all for your support today. We'll be sure to give you all a good show."
After saying that to the crowd, he looked at the students with a malicious smile and said "As for you all, please don't hold back. Give it your all." He then activated his Sharingan and continued saying "If you want a chance at defeating an Uchiha, you'll need nothing less. Don't shame yourselves and aim for my crown. This is my declaration of war, don't settle for nothing less than the crown." He finished with a maniacal smile at the end, while walking back to the rest of his class.
Haku spoke to Saiko and Momo saying "I knew he'd do that, why must he provoke them like that?" She shook her head at the end with a small laugh.
Momo replied saying "I can't say I didn't see that coming. He's been looking for a good fight for a while now hasn't he?"
Saiko answered saying "Indeed. He hasn't been able to go all out for a while now."
The other students hearing his words became irritated, because they declared war on class 1 A before the sports festival began.
Midnight then got on the microphone saying "Well then shall we start this year's sports festival. For our first event it shall be a obstacle race. You'll run 4 kilometers around the stadium, you can use your quirks however you want. The first 42 students will go on to the next event."
All the students start getting ready near the entrance, Kitaro decided to stay in the back of the crowd. As the timer counted down from 5 to 0 green lightning started dancing around Izuku from his quirk activation. Some students seeing this moved away from him out of fear.
Then Kitaro activated his lightning armor, black and white lightning started dancing all over his body.
Present Mic seeing them get ready asked "Aizawa, what's the first thing we should pay attention to?"
Aizawa answered saying "The entrance."
Right when he said that the count down hit zero, with the students trying to push they're way out the entrance. Only for most of them to be frozen by Azula's ice freezing their legs.
All of class 1 A were able to avoid the ice attack. With them making their way through the entrance.
Kitaro seeing everyone get frozen, decided to start making his move. He ran off effortlessly stepping on the other students heads. Landing on the ice he quickly ran passed all the other students.
Present Mic spoke saying "Did you see that? Kitaro Uchiha easily running on the ice claiming first place, while starting from the back. How ever his first problem is the Robo Inferno."
Kitaro hearing what Present Mic said, smirked while saying "Inferno? Fine then, I'll show them something interesting."
While breathing in, he went through hand signs at a fast pace finishing in the horse sign, while saying "Fire Style, Majestic Destroyer Flame." Letting out a thin stream of blue flame towards the robots.
At first everyone thought it wouldn't do anything, until the thin stream started to expand into a wave of flames. Completely washing over all the robots, instantly melting the 1, 2, and 3 point robots, with the 0 points robots slowly melting.
Seeing his job was done, Kitaro decided to make a kunai out of the earth beneath him. Then applied his flying thunder god mark on it, throwing it wrapped in lightning through the sea of fire. He instantly teleported on the other side of the fire, catching the kunai he threw.
Present Mic watching Kitaro couldn't help but saying "Did you see that? Not only did he completely burn all the robots, but he also teleported all the way to the second stage. The fall, a canyon that must be trekked by walking on ropes. Will he be able to stay in first place?"
While Kitaro was at the second stage the others finally came to the robo inferno. Haku shook her head saying "Why must he make it even harder for us?" She then turned to Azula asking "Azula, do you mind giving me a hand with this? I won't be able to put out the fire by myself."
Azula seeing the level Kitaro's fire was on was shocked her, but then said "That's fine, I'll help you this once."
Haku then did hand signs and finished by clapping her hands together while saying "Water Style, Water Shockwave."
Haku created a massive vortex of water. It explodes from the top of it in the form of a wave that travels at high velocity, covering the robots. The impact of the technique is similar to a huge tsunami. By using hand gestures, Haku manipulated the water to move in every direction putting out the fires.
Azula unleashed a massive wave of ice covering most of the robots, along with Haku's water attack. Their combined attack put out the fire, while freezing most of what's left. Then they made their way to the second stage only to hear Kitaro already made his way to the final stage.
Kitaro was easily able to pass the second stage arriving at the land mine field. Kitaro seeing all the mines decided to use his susanoo wings and flew straight over. Once he passed the mine field he dispelled his wings and casually walked through the entrance.
As he was walking out, he had his hands on the back of his head, with a proud smirk on his face.
Present Mic seeing him casually walk through said "That was truly amazing. Not only did Kitaro fly over the mine field, but he also took first place for himself." The crowd was cheering at Kitaro's performance.
Kitaro gave a small wave to the crowd, while smiling at them. Then he turned walking towards Midnight, arriving where she was standing he made two chairs out of wood then said "Midnight would you like to take a seat?"
Midnight looked at him with a smirk then replied saying "Oh my, not only are you strong, and handsome, but you're also a gentleman too." She let out a giggle while covering her mouth then said "I might just fall for you." She finished with a flirtatious smile at him while taking a seat.
With Tomura Shigaraki
Tomura was sitting in a bar, with a cast on his shattered arm. He was watching the U.A. sports festival when Kitaro claimed first place.
He then spoke saying "Sensei that's the brat. He's the one who captured Kurogiri and crippled my arm. I want him dead." He finished using his working hand to scratch his neck, leaving marks.
Suddenly the person called sensei spoke through a tv with the words "audio only." He spoke saying "No need to worry Tomura Shigaraki. We will deal with this boy. Just focus on healing for now."
He then thought to himself "This boy's quirk is quite unique, if I get my hands on it I'll be able to kill All Might."
Back To The Festival
It wasn't long before the first 42 students to pass. Izuku took second place thanks to One For All, Momo taking third thanks to her quirk. Azula claimed fourth place thanks to her ice.
Katsuki managed to gain sixth place, when he passed through he became angry seeing Kitaro casually talking with Midnight. Not only that but he was beat by Izuku again.
Midnight seeing the first 42 students walked up to the microphone then said "For you 42 students who passed congratulations, as for the rest of you there is stands and games for you all to do. Now then for this year second event." She paused while a was wheel spinning with it landing on Calvary Battle.
She then explained that the person in last place was worth 5 points, and depending on where they placed will place their worth for the next match. With Kitaro being worth 1 million points for gaining first place.
Midnight explained that the time for the Cavalry Battle is 15 minutes and that the point value of each team will be the total accumulation of each of the headbands taken. Midnight says the one to wear the total point accumulated headband will be the rider. Midnight continues to explain that the headband can only be worn around the head or the neck, and that if a team crumbles or loses a headband, that team is not out of the game. Midnight says that Quirks can be used but cannot be used for malicious aim. Midnight then ordered the students to begin team negotiations and have 15 minutes to team up.
After Midnight finished explaining Kitaro was about to ask if he could use clones only for Momo, and Haku to grab his arms.
Momo then said "Kitaro team up with me and Haku. We can help you keep your 1 million safe." She finished with a smile leaning on his shoulder.
Kitaro only rolled his eyes while saying "You guys just want me to protect you from everyone else. It's okay tho you can join the winning team." He finished with a teasing smile at the two.
After everyone made their teams midnight began the count down. Kitaro was carrying Haku on his shoulder with Momo on his other side. Then the match began, Kitaro looked at all the students with a smirk. Making two clones, all three summoned their susanoo wings. With one carrying Haku and the other picking up Momo flying above the entire crowd.
The students who planned on taking Kitaro's one million points, became angry seeing them in the air. They could only go after each other now. The crowd seeing Kitaro make his clone became amazed, not only does he have control over fire and lightning, but he can fly and clone himself.
While Kitaro was flying in the air with Momo and Haku, he pulled out a book for Haku to read and a chessboard from his dimension to play a match against Momo.
After the two made a few moves Momo asked "Kitaro you know after this most everyone is going to be mad about this right? I mean we are playing chess, while they are trying to take our headbands."
Kitaro let out a small laugh saying "Let the weaklings get mad. It's not like they can do anything. Besides it's better to wait it out, unless of course you want me to end it early?" He finished with amusement on his face.
Haku was the one to reply while still reading her book saying "Don't even think about. If you over do it, you'll ruin it for the crowd."
Kitaro let out a laugh then said "Fine, fine, I won't do anything. If you two didn't join me I was just going to make a clone to wait it out. Besides they're too weak, very few of them can even challenge me."
As they were talking Katsuki tried to use his explosions to get their headbands, only for Haku to pull the water from the air and launched it at him. Sending him crashing to the ground only to barely be saved by his team.
After the 15 minutes passed Midnight announced the winner of the match. With team Kitaro claiming first place, team Izuku claiming second place, team Azula claiming third place, team Katsuki claiming fourth place, and team Shinso claiming the final spot. Then told everyone to rest for the semifinals.
Kitaro was about to walk off with Momo and Haku, only for Katsuki to yell at him saying "You bastard, use your full power. Are you looking down on me?" He finished with a glare, while being held back by Eijiro.
Kitaro just looked over his shoulder and said "Why would I? You're too weak to give me a challenge. You should know your place before I remind you." He finished activating his Sharingan while glaring at him.
Katsuki seeing this froze in place with a flashback of the beating Kitaro gave him. Then Kitaro continued walking off.
It wasn't long before the break was over, when Midnight called the students back to the stage. Before she could continue, the same event as canon happened with Shinso's team. With Tetsutetsu, Ibara, and Kendo taking their place.
The match up are as follows, first, Kitaro versus Tetsutetsu, second, Azula versus Hanta, third, Tenya versus Mei, fourth, Mina versus Denki, fifth, Momo versus Kendo, sixth, Fumikage versus Eijiro, seventh, Izuku versus Shinso, eighth, Haku versus Ibara, and the final match being Katsuki versus Ochaco.
Kitaro seeing the match up couldn't help but think to himself "Interesting, so I'm fighting Tetsutetsu? Well at least he might be able to take a hit." Kitaro then made his way to the arena.
Once the two arrived, Midnight started the match. Tetsutetsu turned his whole body to metal and said "You don't stand a chance against me, I'm completely made of metal. Let see how you deal with me." After saying that he ran towards Kitaro thinking he had the upper hand.
Kitaro seeing him begin to charge at him, just smirked then disappeared. Appearing right in front of a surprised Tetsutetsu, Kitaro punched him in the jaw with his right fist, hard enough he started losing consciousness.
Before he could move or regain balance, Kitaro punched him again with a left hook, then Kitaro's right foot moved back, lowered himself a little, then did a 360° spin kicking Tetsutetsu in the jaw sending him flying outside the ring. With each strike he landed, a loud dinging sound was heard, along with the Kitaro moving so fast the crowd could only see afterimages with each move. Kitaro landed softly on the ground and said "I didn't think his strength wouldn't hold up, oh well at least he managed to stay conscious till my last strike."
While he was walking off he overheard the heroes talk about his skills and strength. Then the match between Azula and Hanta ended the same as canon, along with Tenya and Mei. Kitaro watching the matches was amused.
Then Mina was called up with Denki. The two arrived at the arena, then the match began. Denki tried to end the match with his quirk, by shooting lightning at Mina. Only for Mina to use acid to block most of the lightning, then closed the distance knocking Denki out. He was unable to dodge due to his quirk frying his brain. After her win Mina walked off, while medical bots took Denki to Recovery Girl.
Midnight then called for Momo and Kendo to come up for their match. When the two arrived Momo created a bow staff as soon as the match started.
Kendo believed she would win thanks to her quirk, only for Momo to completely suppress her. Kendo tried using her giant hands to push Momo out of bounds. Momo understanding her plan, tricked her into thinking she would win only for Momo to jump over Kendo's hand while kicking her out of bounds. With Momo claiming her win she helped Kendo up then the two walked off.
Midnight then called for Fumikage and Eijiro to come down. With the two arriving at the ring she started the fight.
Fumikage summoned out dark shadow, sending him towards Eijiro trying to knock him out of bounds. Eijiro seeing dark shadow decided to use the stone breathing technique that Kitaro taught him. Instead of using a weapon, Kitaro taught him TaiJutsu.
In a explosion of speed Eijiro got up close to Fumikage and start throwing fast and strong punches. Since he mainly relies on dark shadow, Fumikage was quickly knocked out of bounds. With Eijiro taking the win. He helped Fumikage up and they went to the stands.
Then Izuku match was called with Shinso. However Izuku knew better to respond to his quirk this time around, and was able to quickly knock Shinso out.
Izuku walked up to Shinso after the match and said "I understand how you feel, I only unlocked my quirk not long ago. Along with meeting my elder brother training me. So believe me when I say you can be a great hero too."
Shinso was surprised at first, then said "Thanks for saying that. You're the first to tell me I could be a hero." Then he walked off to the stands.
Then Haku and Ibara was called for their match. As soon the the fight started, Ibara sent her vines towards Haku. Only for all the water in her vines be sucked out of them. With the water around her, Haku turned some into senbons. Sending them towards Ibara.
Ibara was shocked when seeing her attack fail, then seen the senbons, using her vines to block them all. Ibara then sent waves of vines at Haku only for her to taking the water for the vines making them useless. Seeing her attacks have no affect against her she was forced to forfeit seeing no way to win.
After the two left Katsuki and Ochaco's match was called. It went the same as canon making the crowd mad he didn't just finish the fight off sooner.
Kitaro seeing that Haku was going to fight Katsuki went up to her and said "Hey, do me a favor. I'm sure you were going to end your match with Katsuki early. But I want you to teach him a lesson for me."
Haku understood what he meant and said "That's fine, don't worry I was already planning on it after that match."
Once the short break was done Midnight said "With the Semifinals finished. We are now in the quarter finals, however we have five quarters finalist. Due to Kitaro's performance this year he'll be going straight to the finals. Now then can Haku Yuki, and Katsuki Bakugō come down."
With the two arriving the fight immediately started. Haku sent out a water dragon at Katsuki forcing him to the ground. He got up coughing up water, then started glaring at her.
Haku was calm the entire time, then made a katana out of water. Then she blew on it freezing the katana. Taking a stands she whispered "Water breathing, fourth form, Striking Tide." Haku then performed a multitude of slashes in a flowing fashion to release multiple consecutive slashes.
With each strike Haku lands, Katsuki could help but cough up blood. Forcing him to his knees by the time she finished. With cuts all over his body he could barely move. Thanks to Haku aiming at his joints.
Haku then looked at him, tilting her head and said "You're really weak, you know? You thought you're the best. Now look at you. How disappointing, you really believe yourself strong enough to be the best yet you can't even beat me. You keep challenging Kitaro, yet you can barely stand now. Facing him you'll be nothing more than a ragdoll." She then shook her head.
Katsuki hearing her words wanted to get up and attack in rage, only for her to knock him out. With Haku winning the match, and not many hearing what she said to him. She walked off with medical bots taking Katsuki.
Then Azula was called with Tenya to start their fight. With the two arriving Azula immediately sent a huge wave of ice freezing Tenya in his spot not even giving him a chance to use his speed.
Kitaro watching the scene before him, couldn't help but think to himself "That bastard of a father she has probably made her mad." He then shook his head.
After the two fought Momo and Mina was called. With the two arriving and the fight starting, Mina tried using her acid against Momo. However Momo made acid resistance gloves then closed the distance between the two. With Momo's TaiJutsu mastery she was easily able to pin Mina. Forcing her to submit.
With the two leaving Izuku and Eijiro had already arrived for their fight. As soon as it started Izuku activated his quirk at 15%, with green lightning dancing around his body he dashed forward exchanging punches with Eijiro. Although he put up a good fight thanks to his quirk hardening, the stone breathing, and his TaiJutsu skills he was still knocked out of bounds when Izuku used a 20% powered strike. With Izuku claiming his win, he walked off with Eijiro after the match.
Before the next matches could start. Nezu got out of Aizawa's scarf and said "Hello everyone. Thank you all for coming I'm sure you have been enjoying yourselves. But I have a special treat for all of you." All the staff looked at each other thinking the same thing. What's he planning? The crowd was getting even more excited about what's to come.
He then continued saying "Instead of the normal one versus one. Kitaro Uchiha will be facing against all four other students. If he loses then we'll return to the usual one versus one match ups." With Nezu finishing the crowd exploded in excitement for the match to come.
Kitaro hearing this became extremely happy. Thinking to himself "Oh, this might actually be fun. Maybe I'll be able to have a good dance." He then started to walk to the ring.
However before he could get there he was stopped by Endeavor. Kitaro looked at him with annoyance since he was trying to use his killing intent to scare him.
Endeavor seeing this was stunned, Kitaro wasn't affected at all but then said "Kid you're Kitaro Uchiha right. Well I just wanted to tell you not to hold back. It's my Azula's job to surpass that moron All Might, so push her to use her fire." He couldn't finish since Kitaro let out a scoff.
He then unleashed all his killing intent completely focused on Endeavor. He then said "Listen you disgustingly weak match stick. You ever try and tell me what to do again I'll kill you. As for Azula she's her own person. You're nothing more than a pathetic failure pushing your agenda to your kids, instead of getting stronger yourself. You disgust me, be happy I don't break you here and now." He then started to walk off.
Endeavor was completely shaken from Kitaro's words and killing intent. He was about to attack only to freeze in place. Seeing Kitaro looking at him with a murderous gaze in his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
Kitaro then said "Don't try me trash. You might be able to use fire but can you burn fire itself? If not don't test your luck." He then continued walking off.
He then thought to himself "That bastard really is more irritating than I'd thought. Maybe I should've used Tsukuyomi on the bastard. Oh well."
Arriving at the ring he seen Momo, Haku, Izuku, and Azula waiting for him. He then spoke saying "This should be one of the best dances I've had in a while. Don't hold back and let's see what you can do." He then activated his Sharingan, with a smile he stomped on the ground making a katana from the ground.
He then turned to the announcement box saying "Principal Nezu, I'm gonna make a barrier so no one gets hurt. Don't worry I won't do anything I shouldn't."
Nezu got on the mic and said "That's fine, just don't over due it."
Kitaro smiled then went threw hand signs saying "Uchiha Flame Foundation." After manifesting small chakra flames on each finger of one hand, Kitaro then slams his palm on the ground, resulting in the creation of a cylindrical barrier of flames enveloping the entire ring.
He then smirked and asked "Shall we dance?" Dashing straight towards Azula, concerned about her the most. With the stone katana in his hands he ran a single hand over the blade igniting it.
Azula seeing Kitaro coming straight for her made a wave of ice sending it towards him trying to freeze him in place. Only for Kitaro to cut through all of the ice she sent towards him with ease. She then made a katana with her ice trying to block Kitaro's katana.
They made eye contact, Kitaro was about to use a genjutsu to quickly knock out Azula, only to be forced away from Haku's water needles that was aimed at his face, and blocking Izuku's Texas Smash with two of his tails. He then wrapped three tails around him and threw him at the other.
He then looked at the four of them, he couldn't help himself, he threw his head back and gave a wide smile of absolute thrill then threw back his head while laughing.
"Ha, haha, hahaha, hahahaha, hahahahaha, this is it, this is what I been looking for. Worthy opponents. However Momo dear. Do you think you can make me a katana? I don't think it's fair you made one for Haku." He finished with a smile on his face, but the smile sent a shiver down all of their spines.
Momo hearing his words had to really think about it, since she knows Kitaro can easily take Haku's katana, however if she did make one for him their fight will be even harder. She then gave a sigh and said "Fine, but you better hold back, or else." She finished with a glare, then made a katana as soon as she finished Kitaro's stone katana immediately appeared in her hands.
Kitaro smirked and said "Don't worry I'll hold back no one will get seriously injured." He then made three clones and said "Hold them off while I handle Azula." The three clones dashed off towards their opponents.
Kitaro then looked at Azula and said "Now then, shall we dance? If I'm not mistaken that weakling of a father you have, said something to you earlier and pissed you off. Yes? Well forget about him, he's nothing more than a pathetic weakling who couldnt fulfill his own dreams. Focus on your own dreams." He spoke loud enough that the whole crowd could hear his words.
He then dashed off at Azula cutting all the ice she sent at him. Azula sent wave after wave of ice at him trying to slow him down. Then he arrived right in front of her. The two exchanged sword strikes with each other.
Knowing she didn't have the upper hand in close combat she used her fire to push him back. Kitaro seeing the fire coming towards him smiled widely. Then said "That's it, let's continue this dance, you're doing even better than I expected."
He then stabbed the katana in the ground, going through hand signs and said "Fire style, Fireball Jutsu." Blowing out a blue fire ball towards the waves of ice Azula sent at him.
Azula seeing her ice not working, started to get a little worried knowing she couldn't match his fire or in close combat. However she couldn't continue thinking, since she made eye contact with Kitaro freezing in place.
Kitaro catching Azula in the genjutsu immediately went behind her with a fire body flicker knocking her out. Before she could fall and hit the ground, Kitaro picked her up princess style. Then made a clone saying "Take her outside the barrier make sure she's fine." The clone took her and gave a nod.
With the clone leaving, he turned his head to Izuku who had already finished off his clone. Looking at him he smirked and asked "My dear little brother, you're not under estimating me now are you?"
Izuku hearing his words couldn't help but laugh a little saying "Elder brother, under estimating you is just asking for a good beating. No I just didn't want Azula hurt in our fight." He then looked at Kitaro with a serious expression.
Kitaro hearing this smiled, then the two dashed off as if on a unspoken go. The both threw their fists out and tried to over power one another. Izuku jumped back, then threw a kick aiming for Kitaro's chest. Kitaro seeing this dodged to the side, then pulled him closer aiming a punch at his face, only for Izuku to block.
Then the two started exchanging punches and kicks. Izuku put up a good fight thanks to his quirk one for all, the lightning breathing, and his mastery of TaiJutsu. Only to get caught off guard by a faint to the left, and a right hook to knock him out.
Kitaro wiped off the blood from his face then said "Truly you gave me one of the best dances I've had in a long time. Be proud little brother you are strong." He then made a clone taking him out the ring.
Kitaro then looked at Haku and Momo. The two just finished off the clones they were fighting against. The two then walked towards him.
Kitaro looked at the two girls then said "I'm not surprised you both finished my clones off at the same time, however I will admit I put more chakra in the clones that you two fought yet you still beat them faster than I thought. Let's see how much stronger you two gotten."
Haku immediately went through hand signs sending out a water dragon towards Kitaro. Seeing the dragon coming Kitaro let out a fire ball creating steam in the barrier. Haku using the steam in the air started to freeze it making ice mirrors all around Kitaro.
Kitaro was completely stunned watching Haku using the Crystal Ice Mirrors Jutsu. He then smiled looking at every Haku around him. He then spoke saying "Snowflake I knew you were looking at the ice jutsus I have, but I didn't think you'd be able to recreate this as well. However you can't win against me like this." He then dodged the ice needles she sent at him.
Kitaro grabbed his katana deflecting all the needles at a fast pace, moving so fast his arms were nothing but a blur. Haku then sent a clone at his blind side, only for Kitaro to switch the clone with her. Catching her off guard. Using the surprise to his advantage he swiftly pulled her in to his arms with a smirk.
Looking at her in the eyes he said "Nice try, however you should know I don't just rely on my eyes." He then kissed her nose, making her face scrunch up in annoyance. She was going to attack only for Kitaro to chop the back of her neck.
With Haku unconscious he made a clone taking her out of bounds. He then looked at Momo who was looking at his feet. Kitaro then said "You're getting better at fighting me, not making eye contact. Not many people can avoid looking into their opponent's eyes."
Momo just smirked, then made a flash bang. Throwing it at Kitaro, she closed her eyes and successfully blinded him. She then charged in with her bow staff trying to use the moment to her advantage.
Kitaro had a slight smile on his face. Thinking to himself "Not only did she avoid my eyes, but she also took them out the fight all together." He then started blocking all of Momo's attacks she threw at him.
Regaining his vision he looked at Momo then said "Well done Momo, you've gotten even stronger, let alone your strategic planning. However I'm gonna end this now I'm getting hungry." After saying that he gripped his blade and dashed off. Cutting Momo's staff in three pieces, with two clean strikes. Then teleported behind her chopping her neck.
Catching her before she could fall, he stomped on the ground. Dispelling the barrier around him then started walking off. Only to stop and look at Midnight saying "Are you going to declare my win?"
Midnight was stunned by Kitaro's skills and power he displayed, then hearing his word announced his win. With the crowd cheering for his display of power. Kitaro then walked off with Momo who was pretending to still be unconscious.
After fifteen minutes Midnight got on the microphone saying "Thank you all for coming. I'm sure you all enjoyed yourselves watching our young heroes fight for the top spots. The person who'll be handing out the medals is someone you all know very well." After saying that she looked up at the top of the stadium.
All Might jumped from the top of the stadium landing in front of the 5 strongest students. He then took the third place medals. Walking up to Azula and Izuku putting them around their necks.
He then spoke saying "Young Izuku and Azula you both did excellent. You proved to everyone why you should be here. Not only that you proved to us that you'll make great heroes." He then gave the both of them a hug.
Then took the second place medals walking up to Haku and Momo. He then said "As for you two, you both did a amazing job lasting as long as you both did. While making truly amazing performances. I'm sure you'll be one of the greatest heroes." He then placed the medals on their necks, while giving them a hug.
He then took the first place medal and said "As for you young Uchiha. You proved without a doubt how strong you are. I have no doubts in my mind you'll be one of the greatest heroes to come." He then placed the medal around his neck and shook his hand. Since Kitaro asked not to be hugged quietly.
After that he turned to the crowd saying "As for the rest of you. Don't feel down, this could be you next year. You just need to train harder and surpass your limits. Now then. Say it with me now. You all did a great job." However the crowd said go plus ultra instead.
After accepting his medal Kitaro went to find Eri and the rest of the girls to go home and celebrate.
