Snow fell, whirling through the vast land.
The sturdy horses panted heavily, their four hooves pressing onward as the driver and his assistants shouted chants, pushing the wagon with all their might.
With a clatter, the wagon laden with heavy goods finally escaped the snow pit. The group cheered, and even the big black horse in front neighed and shook its head.
"This damn road is getting worse..."
The driver took off his dog fur hat, wiped the sweat from his brow, and complained.
"What are you grumbling about!"
The shopkeeper laughed heartily, took out a wine flask, twisted it open, and took a few sips. "It's a rare prosperous year. If you're tired, go stay warm on the kang bed."
"The shopkeeper's joking..."
The driver chuckled, "The business is booming. I'm not a lazy man; of course, silver is more important."
