The road caught between the mall and the video game city's backdoor was seldom visited except by taxis soliciting fares.
That mall also belonged to Master Snake.
Because Master Snake often engaged in or assigned his men to conduct some illicit activities, there were no surveillance cameras on the back street, and even the streetlights were sparse.
