Entirely oblivious to what the players are saying about him right now.
Well, not entirely oblivious though.
He could easily guess how the players will react to the system notification, and as humans are one kind of a being that likes to use someone as a scapegoat instead of accepting their new reality instantly start faulting the blame on Nil.
Some even going as far as to say that player Your Father might have a hand in the game. Like he might know about the origin of the game, that that is why he was accomplishing all those feat because he already know the in and out of the game.
Yet, the players accusations are not entirely false.
The players are partially correct because Nil do know about the origin of the game, the reason of it coming to earth and it's end goal.
And they are partially incorrect because Nil was not the cause of the game appearing on earth, he does have a hand in it in fact.
Yet while most of the players are now looking at Your Father as their sworn enemy, unleashing curses upon curses on him in the Worldwide forum, some players arose defending him, Nil fans.
Most of them being female, defending Nil violently, more violently than even how the haters of Nil are cursing him.
And they call themselves, Children of Father.
All in all, Nil made majority of the players hate him while also gaining loyal followers— erm, fans along the way.
Not up to a second later Nil rise from the shadow of Karlac.
Nil could not be entirely sure about the time he use to reach Karlac because the concept of time have always been strange in the shadow realm.
You might count a hundred second in your mind while in the shadow realm, yet you find out that you've spend only 5 seconds when you exit the shadow realm.
Sometimes you'll couldn't 10 seconds in the shadow realm and find out that you've spent over 100 seconds when you exit the shadow realm.
So the shadow realm can be said to be a very unstable wormhole or dimension that exist outside of space and time.
Inside the dungeon Karlac could be seen supervising the mining operation of the excavators while also helping here and there to mine the mana stones too. That is if they are having trouble mining that certain part.
And Karlac is assisting in braking the wall of those part because he does not want the miners to waste too much time on that part, so he will swiftly break those hard part of the wall which the miners are having trouble with allowing them easy mining of that place.
Also, once in a while he goes to the kittens to check them out. And he was extremely happy when he saw them for the first time after leaving the dungeon because each of them now have almost complete the formation of their core, a couple of them is even at the core strengthening realm.
Though they did not know how to direct the mana in their core and use it to cultivate. There have only been cultivating with the mana instinctively so far which have resulted in most of the mana that was sent to their core going to waste.
So Karlac had to teach them how to best utilize the mana, and also took then to hunt little animals along the way, which he hadn't been able to before.
And in his free time, he absorb the mana that was being sent to his core by the dungeon core due to the spell Nil have place on it.
He couldn't afford to waste the massive mana that was entering his core and thus start using it to cultivate instead.
But still most of the mana gets wasted because the free time he gets is not that much, so he only had to actively cultivate the mana for an hour or so before continuing to supervise the miners and have been cultivating the mana passively since then.
Even while cultivating passively, he could easily feel that he is on the cusp of crystalizing another mana drop making him smile faintly.
"When has cultivation become this easy?" Karlac mumbled under his breath.
The cultivation was just too fast, too absurd, even for someone like him. And the cultivation was that fast because of the purity of the mana the dungeon is producing.
It is not like the other mana that are present in the air that have been diluted by the presence of other atmospheric substance.
After Karlac mumble that question under his breath his shadow suddenly stir.
The shadow had been still before until the next instant, and Karlac notice it. He wasn't a mana Crystallization realm cultivator for nothing.
And from the shadow a humanoid figure rose.
The figure ride in such a way that one would think the shadow is the one that is slowly constructing the figure from head to toe instead.
Then it fully emerge.
Standing before Karlac, just an arm length away is an humanoid shadow, yet Karlac did not attack or panic when he see the shadow.
Contrary to that, he bow his head. Not slightly, but he pressed his down down so much in absolute submission to the shadow that emerge.
"Welcome my Lord." Karlac greeted.
And the shadow solidify, it lost the form of shadow and gain colour, turning into Nil the next instant.
"That was such a rough journey." Nil said as he deactivate form turning into human again.
The journey had been rough because he just travelled through the shadow of a living being which is only possible for someone that has authority over shadow.
If not that he have completely subdue the whole of Karlac including his shadow self, his shadow would have attack him while he was travelling through it.
