Jay POV
I stepped in the hall. Every one turned to me. Cameras flashing. People looking at me with shock. At the end of the hall i saw section e kuya Angelo aries percy and.... keifer they were all shocked but a small proud smile was there. I looked away couse of I look too long I'll forgot that I am infront of cameras and act rackless. People started asking questions taking my interview i answered them with ease then i got called on stage for how I made this big empire. I walked to the stage. Took the mic.
The lights felt hotter than they should have, but I didn't step back.
The room was full—faces I'd only ever seen in articles, names attached to numbers that once intimidated me. Now they were all watching me, waiting for answers they didn't even know they wanted.
The screen behind me glowed.
S&J
Most of them saw a company.
I saw nine-year-old me, sitting on the floor with a notebook that never left my side.
"This meeting was supposed to be about growth," I said, my voice steady even when my chest wasn't.
"About numbers and projections."
I paused.
"But S&J was never just numbers to me."
I felt the shift in the room. Attention sharpening.
"It was a secret once."
My fingers curled slightly at my side.
"I started S&J when I was nine years old."
The murmurs hit immediately—soft gasps, disbelief—but I kept going before doubt could take root."At nine, I didn't understand the world yet. But I understood effort. I understood curiosity. And I understood what it felt like to be told I was too young to matter."
My gaze drifted briefly across the crowd, then settled forward again.
"So I worked quietly. I learned in silence. I failed without witnesses."
"I built this company the same way I built myself—piece by piece."
The screen behind me blurred, but I didn't look away.
"S&J grew as I grew. Every mistake shaped it. Every risk taught me something I couldn't have learned any other way."
I swallowed once, grounding myself.
"This wasn't luck. It wasn't handed to me. And it certainly wasn't a coincidence."
My spine straightened.
"For years, I let S&J speak for itself. I stayed hidden because sometimes, staying invisible is the only way to survive—especially when the world decides what you should be before you get to decide it yourself."
The room was silent now. Listening.
"But I'm done hiding."
I lifted my chin.
"My name is Jasper Jean Mariano."
I felt the weight of it the moment I said it out loud.
"That's the name behind every decision, every sleepless night, every version of S&J you see today."
I let out a slow breath.
"I didn't come here asking for permission. I came here to claim what has always been mine."
I met their eyes—one by one.
"I am Jasper Jean Mariano."
And for the first time, it felt right to say it without fear.
"I am the CEO of S&J."
The silence after was loud.
Then the room erupted.
And I didn't flinch.
I walked off the stage with proud people again surrounded me with there interviews..
I answered them politely but with authority with every right I deserve to speak in front of great bussiness men and heirs.
Soon i turn my heals to sec e and other
They were watching me some proud some still shocked some with tears.
As I came there was silence then they spoke.....all at once
"HowHow'
"Is this true Is this true "
"Am i delusional Am i delusional "
"Jay you are CEO of multi dollar "
"company and still made me pay for your coffee.Jay you are CEO of multi dollar company and still made me pay from your coffee."
"You make me your servent thatYou make me your servent that day even you have that much money to buy trucks full of bodyguards."
I laughed....real laugh. Softly. I covered my mouth with my hand .
Jay-" you are my kuya and you needed some exercise"
Edrix-" we need full explanation later"
I nodded
Then some heirs came to me
- ms mariano i really appreciate you had done a lot hardwork to stand here.
I nodded, he continued
' are you still single maybe we could go on a dinner"
I side eyes keifer who was held by section e and aces. He was trying to remove there hands. But they didn't let go couse they no if they let go he'll kill someone today. I looked at the heir again
Jay- " I am taken. sorry'
His face fell. then he said
" Ohh... sorry. That guy mist be lucky to have you but if you ever look for someone I am here for you'
Jay- "umm-hmm'
Behind me i could sence heat of jealousy. And anger to kill someone.
He was then gone.
Good. Of this will be his last day on earth 😔
I looked back at keifer who was now straighti g his blazer. He was looking hot. Ohh he is already mine
I walked to him
Jay-" so Mr Watson is jealous"
He looked away. pouting like a five year.

I cupped his jaw and make him face me and kissed him in front of everyone.
He was first shock but then respondes .
Section e was going crazy. Aries was glaring at us and angelo sighed like an father of 4 irritating toddlers. And percy was grinning. Cameras was flashing at us.some guys face fell. Some were shock and some were talking with eachother ofc about us.
We pulled apart and he now was smirking i hit his shoulder playfully.
Again I got busy in interviews people asking if we were dating. We looked at eachother and said yes.
All the time keifer hand was on my waist
