A stormless wind circled the high black tower, bending the air around it as if reality itself bowed. At its summit stood seven figures, motionless against the sky. Their presence alone shifted the course of the wind… or commanded it.
They wore white masks, sculpted with eternal smiles. No eyes. No emotion. Just a quiet, holy cruelty.

Their coats fluttered like banners of judgment, pure white against the sky.
A den-den broadcast camera hovered before them, live to the entire world.
Then one voice — layered, resonant, inhumanly calm — spoke:
> "Behold the power of the Navy.
We shall deliver the fists of justice."
Across the world, people cheered. Taverns erupted. Children danced. Newspapers hit the streets faster than ink could dry. Villagers smiled, believing the coming storm would not touch them.
To them, it was already decided: Arata Kuro and Ashveil Kenny will fall the moment they step into the fortress.
But the sea itself seemed to hesitate.
Because the world did not yet understand what kind of men were approaching.
Nor the monsters that once carried the same flag…
and tore it apart.
The fate that awaited them was not victory.
