Scene shifts to a calm, chilling blue room.
Four scientists stand gathered around a metal bed, white coats hanging stiff, green masks covering their tense faces, glasses reflecting the cold overhead lights. Their gloved hands twitch as if silently signaling each other.
On the bed lies a man—unconscious, motionless.
One scientist lifts an injection filled with a strange yellow medicine. He nods.
Another scientist meets his gaze, voice steady but cold.
"Proceed."
The man's heartbeat stays perfectly stable on the monitor.
The injection slides into his arm—yellow liquid entering his bloodstream.
For one second, nothing.
Then the man's body jerks violently. His limbs shake in unnatural spasms.
The scientists immediately step back, panic flickering under their masks.
A sudden 爆—a yellow energy spike erupts from his body, shredding the machines around him.
Sparks rain down. The heartbeat monitor flatlines.
The shaking stops.
His chest stops rising. Oxygen mask still on… but no breath.
He lies completely lifeless.
One scientist slowly nods, voice empty.
"Subject 25: Failure."
Narration:
What were they testing? What are their true motives?
What is Morgan Tarek planning—and why would a conqueror of the seas turn to experiments like these?
Nobody knows… yet.
Scene shifts to the Navy Headquarters.
Uruma Nithel sits at his desk, palms pressed to his forehead.
His thoughts swirl:
Why were they ready to die for just a sword of a dead man?
What I did wasn't right.
What am I supposed to do now?
The Force of Justice is killing without meaning…
Frustration hits him. He slams his fist on the desk.
He reaches for his cup of coffee—the warm aroma drifting like heaven, soothing for a moment. He takes a sip, exhaling—
But the door bursts open.
A navy soldier rushes in, sweat running down his face.
Uruma snaps, "What's wrong!?"
The soldier stammers, voice trembling:
"A-Ashveil Kenny has sent a messenger to Dravon Solmere… They might possibly ally with each other."
Uruma's eyes widen.
"If they do… it would pose the same danger Davy Jones once did."
He rises from his seat, aura heavy with decision.
"We will stop it."
