This story is about a knight who wakes up to a world that has moved on without him. He has no kingdom waiting. No familiar faces. Nothing.
Just a duty.
At its core, this novel is about corruption. Not just the fantasy kind with monsters and curses, but the kind that grows quietly in systems, in prejudice, in power structures.
If you don't like multi-character and plot-focused stories, this might not be for you.
This story might seem a bit slow-paced and all over the place. Characters and other aspects of the world/story, might tred into other genres.
Also, this is not a romance story. Not a harem story. There will also be a lot of POV shifts.
Please don't mind breaks between updates and failing quality. Do critique it, though.
