Because of the primal presence that had trembled through the whole realm not that long ago! And the clear intent that came with it!

While the stronger individuals- who had a strong Sense of Self or Will regardless of there Ascension Phase- did exactly that!
However demons were demons! The weaker once always had difficulty on controlling there emotions! Desires or there unending impulses towards utter destruction!
It didn't take them much for them succumb to there negative thoughts!! ...
Meaning the stronger demons had evidently come under control because of the fear and reverence they had towards the Primal One!
And there endearment towards there Lives!! ...
Whereas the weaker demons had become even more barbaric and savage! For one these were the demons who did not care about there Lives!
Had weak Wills or fragile Sense of Selves!! ...
Nonetheless the main problem was that these Demons!! —
Both strong and weak strength wise! And despite the reason behind there rebellious actions being there strong intents guided by there negative emotions!

Similar to- If some ants were slaughtering one another outside some mansion! Then sure- the Master of the house would certainly be entertained!
Still he wouldn't go out of his way to kill them correct!! ...

Therefore these demons really didn't fear the Primal One! Didn't care about his intent! And were only focused on realizing there desires!
During which if they were to meet there end- Then so be it! Not like they were afraid of death!
Not to mention with the stronger demons out of the picture! Being busy quelling the disorder and chaos in there own governed Lands!

Had a well-defined shredded physique! Two pointed ears! And a perfect face!! ...
His presence- Like a reflection of the endless void was in fact- Empty! Like an illusion! Yet not simultaneously! As it rippled with some thing that was sinistrous! Tempting and vile!
Something similar to an eldritch evil of annihilation!! ...
