He had not believed that as a reincarnator, he would get a system, as he had not gotten one at birth. But here it was! It was, by the sound of it, in the middle of an… existential crisis.
Suddenly, a robotic voice replaced the cheerful one.

Ren stood there, lips twitching. He was holding in his laughter. After all, he didn't want to laugh like a madman for no reason in front of Master Jing'an and others who had not left the hall yet.
But this system of his was too hilarious!
But he soon calmed himself down. He knew what that instinct meant now. His life really was changing, because now there was a system in it. He took a deep breath, then in his his mind, asked the most important question at hand.
Hello, system. I know what a system is, but can you tell me what your functions are?
[Yes, host. My functions are just what my name suggests - Wizarding Monk System.]
[My job is to help you in combining the mind and spirit of an enlightened monk with the power and magic of a wizard. You are someone who has full control over their heart sea, and also the bloodline of an ancient and powerful wizarding family.]
[Also, in this world, you are in essence, a monk. That was why, initially, I was the Greatest Monk System. But since you are already the greatest monk, I evolved to become the Wizarding Monk System.]
[And my functions are pretty simple. I am nothing about missions, daily tasks, rewards, and stuff. Instead, I give you talents or skills for significant actions or events that occur in your life. The trigger for any activity of mine will be you, host, and what action gives what reward will not be known by you. So my presence does not change any decisions you make in your life.]

Hmmm… Interesting… thought Ren as he carefully thought about what the system had said. He had understood the crux of the matter. But what didn't understand was what these 'talents' and 'skills' were. The he just shrugged mentally and thought the status page will answer everything.
