While Thanos and his squad were engaged in the battle to save New Age City, another crisis was unfolding at the War Gods Military Academy. A massive mech had descended from the sky, landing with a thunderous crash at the academy's main gate. Its attempts to breach the formidable barrier surrounding the academy were futile. The mech's advanced weaponry and brute force were no match for the cutting-edge defensive technologies and powerful Qi wards in place.
Within moments, the academy's defenses retaliated. Automated turrets emerged from hidden compartments, unleashing a barrage of energy blasts. Simultaneously, a squad of elite Qi soldiers sprang into action, their movements swift and precise. The mech, overwhelmed and unable to adapt to the coordinated assault, was quickly dismantled and taken in for the engineers and technologists to work on.
In the days that followed, news spread rapidly of similar attacks across the globe. Six more mechs had appeared in various strategic locations, causing widespread panic. Each attack was met with fierce resistance from military forces, both normal soldiers and Qi soldiers workingworld leaders deeply concerned.

In a secured conference room, representatives from the United Nations and other global leaders gathered for an emergency summit. The atmosphere was tense, the gravity of the situation palpable.
President Ayodele of New Age City began the meeting, her expression stern and determined. "Thank you all for coming on such short notice. We are facing an unprecedented crisis. These mech attacks are isolated incidents. They are not coordinated assaults they all appear to be random." General Matsuda, a veteran Qi soldier, nodded in agreement. "Our intelligence suggests that these mechs are purely designed for combat but also for psychological warfare. Their presence is meant to sow fear and chaos."
"What do we know about their origin?" asked Chancellor Nguyen of the green state Union. "Our best analysts are still working on that," replied Director Zhang of the Global Defense Initiative. "But preliminary data indicates that these mechs are of extraterrestrial origin, likely from the same invaders that sent the other mech that appeared just outside new age city few weeks ago.
"The room fell silent as the implications sank in. It was clear that Earth was under siege, and the enemy was far from defeated.
Back at the War Gods Military Academy, Thanos sat with his squadmates, reviewing footage from the recent battles. The realization of the broader conflict was sobering. The excitement and pride from their victory were tempered by the understanding that they were now part of a larger, more dangerous war.
"We need to be ready for anything," said Darius, his tone serious. "These mechs are just the beginning. We must continue to train, to push our limits, and to work as a team. Only then can we hope to protect our world."

From new age city, leader of squad 17 advanced team of the war gods military academy and Commander of platoon 1 of the new age City military.
He's a Qi soldier of the 2nd stage, who has mastered various techniques. This is intriguing.." said an old man in blue military uniform with grey hair and beards. He looked no younger than 50, and he has the presence of a wise master and would make anyone feel comfort whlie in his presence.
He is the vice grand Commander of the new age city military, Samuel Gordon.
The other person in the room with him looked to be of similar age to vice grand Commander Gordon. He is Grand Commander Omo Osamuyi. If vice commander Samuel's presence was that of a kind old man, then Grand Commander Osamuyi's presence was one of pure dominance and strictness.
"So what do you think about this one? " Vice grand commander Gordon asked, while reading from a tablet. " He is hailed as the strongest commander of this generation and has defended that title twice in the world military tournament. He seems like a good candidate."
Grand Commander Omo Osamuyi sighed, "I am not ready to step down, it's not yet time to hand over" he replied with a deep voice and calm expression.
Samuel Gordon frowned deeply, "we are old, Osamuyi, in 9 years you will be 70. Let the new generation lead friend."
"The war -"
"The war will be taken care of by the new grand commanders and the world military alliance" Samuel Gordon said cutting Gordon off. " Listen, I understand how you feel, but it's time to step down, I need to retire, Omo, I'm old and tired.."
Omo Osamuyi contemplated for some moments before responding, " I will think about it. In the mean time, are there any promising new buds from the rookies?"
"Yes actually, there are a few, but the most prominent is a young man who goes by the name of, Thanos Onaosa Asemota."
"Why ? " Omo asked.
"Well for starters he is the leader of squad 5 and him and his team participated greatly in the take down of the first mech. Also he alone held off one of the mechs to protect the police and civilians that were in the vicinity during the attack. He seems to be well proficient in melee combat and our military martial arts. He seems to be well respected even amongst the other 23 rookie leaders. He seems to be a good bud."
"Looks like we have a candidate for captain or vice captain position for the next couple of years." Omo said with a smile.
"Looks like the next inter military tournament will be fun to watch."

Captain Obinna stood in front of all 120 rookie soldiers as he addressed them.
" You all are done with rookie training, and also done with basic and intermediate Qi training. Congratulations you are now full fledged soldiers, this does not mean that your training ends here. As you all know, there are 2 categories of soldiers. The Mechanised or normal soldiers and the Qi soldiers, and you will be drafted into one of these two categories after which you will be transferred to the new base where you will be trained based on the category you're in. If you can't make a decision i will decide for you, I have prepared the names of those whom I believe will be better suited for Qi training than others, but I will give you a chance to choose for yourselves."
"Now " captain Obinna said loudly, "those who want to be Qi soldiers to my left and those who want to be Mechanised soldiers to my right..."
Thanos didn't need to think twice before going to captain Obinna's left, but no members of squad 5 were with him.
"I guess I'll have to make new friends huh" he thought to himself with a sad smile.
