Synopsis
This boy was not an ordinary child. His name was Ryuga Ash—and he was a reincarnated soul. “Wait… this is the Soul Land—the world of Douluo Dalu!” “Status window! System! Golden finger! Open menu!” Nothing happened. No hologram, no mysterious old man, no godly voice. “So much for plot armor…” He even tried to predict what kind of martial spirit he might awaken, based on his parents. His father, Granvill Ash, was a Spirit King with a soul power of 67. His martial spirit was the Shadow Shield and Blade—originally thought to be twin spirits, but later discovered to be a mutation spirit. Granvill had awakened with level 7 innate soul power. His mother, Eliza, also possessed a rare mutated martial spirit—her upper body clothing, a special type of defensive spirit, with innate level 6 soul power. Ryuga reasoned that since both his parents had mutation-type martial spirits, there was a high chance he would awaken something similar—or perhaps something entirely new. “If I could choose, I’d prefer an attack-type martial spirit,” he muttered with a grin. “Something like a sword… Then I can walk the path of an attack system soul master.” But even as he dreamed, he knew the truth. “I’m a reincarnated person. Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1: Ryuga Ash.

Chapter 1:

In the western region of the Heaven Dou Empire stood Vast Sea City, the empire's largest and most prosperous coastal city. Built upon a mountain overlooking the endless ocean, its towering walls and fortifications gleamed with authority and pride.

At the heart of the city, within its grandest manor, both tension and excitement filled the air. The maids rushed about in panic and preparation—the lady of the manor, Eliza, was in the throes of childbirth.

Outside the room, heavy footsteps echoed in the corridor. The master of the manor and governor of Vast Sea City, Lord Granvill Ash, paced anxiously.

Granvill was a man in his fifties, a respected governor and a veteran who had dedicated over forty years of service to the Heaven Dou Empire. For his decades of loyalty and merit, the former Emperor had granted him his noble title and the right to rule this city.

But for all his achievements, Granvill's life was marked by quiet sorrow. He had no family until he married Eliza—an orphaned maid who had served faithfully in his household. Despite the difference in their age, their bond was genuine and filled with affection.

Yet, fate had been cruel. For more than a decade, every time Eliza conceived, tragedy struck. Miscarriages, stillbirths, and illnesses had claimed all their unborn or newborn children. The pain had taken a toll on her fragile health, and even the physicians warned that another attempt might cost her life.

Granvill knew this was their final chance.

As he paced before the door, his thoughts were heavy.

"This will be our last attempt… Eliza's health is fading. Even if the child doesn't survive, I'll be content—as long as I can still be with her…"

Moments later, silence fell over the manor. No baby's cry echoed from the delivery room. Granvill's heart sank. He could already imagine Eliza's grief, her tears, her guilt. He steeled himself and stepped inside—ready to comfort her.

But the moment he entered, he froze.

Everyone in the room stood still, eyes wide and mouths open in disbelief. For a few seconds, no one dared to speak. They didn't know whether to cry… or laugh.

Because in Eliza's trembling arms was a healthy baby boy—not crying, not wailing, but calmly staring at everyone with clear, curious eyes.

Granvill's chest tightened, tears threatening to fall. Just as he was about to burst into laughter, the baby suddenly giggled,

"Waw… wawawa… shahsah…"

That sound broke the silence. The midwives, the maids, even Granvill himself—everyone laughed and wept together in joy. The manor erupted in celebration, and the city itself rejoiced for three whole days.

Six Years Later

The same boy was now sitting on his bed, listening to his father finish that same story for what felt like the hundredth time.

"And that," Granvill said proudly, "is how you were born into this world and brought happiness to your mother and me."

The six-year-old boy sighed dramatically.

"Yes, yes, father —I know! You and Mother told me this story a hundred times already!"

He puffed his cheeks and shooed his father away.

"Now go, let me sleep! I have to be full of energy for my spirit awakening ceremony tomorrow!"

Granvill chuckled and left the room, shaking his head.

As the door closed, the boy lay on his bed, staring at the ceiling. A faint, nostalgic smile curved on his lips.

"Six years already, huh…"

This boy was not an ordinary child. His name was Ryuga Ash—and he was a reincarnated soul.

In his previous life, Ryuga had been a typical 9-to-5 office worker in the 21st century, spending his days working and his nights reading novels, manga, and manhwa. He never knew how he died—but when he opened his eyes again, he found himself in a baby's body.

At first, he thought he had reincarnated into some medieval fantasy world. But when he noticed the lack of electricity, the servants' old-fashioned tools, and the strange customs, he began to suspect something else. His suspicions were confirmed when he saw the maids summon tools—scythes, brooms, scissors—out of thin air using glowing white soul rings.

That's when it hit him.

"Wait… this is the Soul Land—the world of Douluo Dalu!"

He was reborn in one of the dangerous worlds he had read about. A world where power was everything. And sewer of fantasy world.

Where thousand to hundreds of thousands year soul beast Rome the continent. And even million years soul beast exist.

Like any reincarnated man with too much free time and imagination, Ryuga had tried everything to see if he had a "cheat" ability or a system.

"Status window! System! Golden finger! Open menu!"

Nothing happened. No hologram, no mysterious old man, no godly voice.

"So much for plot armor…"

Even so, Ryuga never gave up. He read every book he could find about soul beasts, spirit rings, and martial spirits—though the manor library had little material. Still, he wanted to be prepared for his awakening day.

He even tried to predict what kind of martial spirit he might awaken, based on his parents.

His father, Granvill Ash, was a Spirit Emperor with a soul power of 67.

"If I could choose, I'd prefer an attack-type martial spirit," he muttered with a grin. "Something like a sword… Then I can walk the path of an attack system soul master."

But even as he dreamed, he knew the truth.

"I'm a reincarnated person. Anything can happen. Guess I'll just have to wait and see tomorrow."

With that thought, Ryuga closed his eyes, a faint smile on his lips.

Tomorrow would mark the beginning of his journey in this world.
