Wang Cuilan stood up and took Pei Jing to wash up.
Pei Yang, however, did not leave; instead, he stared directly at Jiang Ran, his eyes unexpectedly carrying a hint of grievance.
Just by looking at Pei Yang's expression, Jiang Ran knew what he was thinking.
Jiang Ran smiled helplessly.
"As soon as I opened the door, I saw him sitting outside. I went to pick up Little Jing, and he followed me, nagging quite a bit along the way, but I didn't acknowledge him."
Pei Yang listened intently to Jiang Ran's explanation.
By the end, he had a "just as I thought" expression on his face.
"I knew it, this guy just won't give up, insisting on pestering you. Next time I see him, I'll definitely give him a good lesson and make him stay away from our family."
Jiang Ran wanted to say something, but seeing Pei Yang's expression, she eventually said nothing.
