Zoe's displeasure was evident when she heard Wyatt's words, "What's wrong with you today? Why are you talking so nastily? Are you upset by something?"
Wyatt snorted coldly and threw the medicine onto the table, "I'm just annoyed. You promised we'd buy houses together and drop by each other's places for meals three times a day. But now, since you've been seeing someone, it's like Eve and I don't exist. Your family is causing a huge fuss, and you didn't even tell us. Are we still good friends?"
"Aren't good friends supposed to bring joy and not burden each other? What's wrong with me not wanting to drag you all down?"
Zoe was feeling low, shouted, and then fell silent. Wyatt frowned, looking at her, "What's going on? Did you actually agree to their outrageous demands?"
