"Actually, I should have stepped down as Kami when the first King Piccolo died... Goku! You should become the new Kami!"
At the end of the third video, after Piccolo ultimately chose to back down, leaving behind the threat 'Next time we meet, I will definitely defeat you!' before flying away, Kami extended an invitation to Goku to become the new god of Earth.
"Hey, hey, hey! Don't joke about that! Asking me to stay in a boring place like the Lookout for the rest of my life? I'd rather die!"
Faced with what most would consider an incredibly tempting offer, Goku reacted like a cat whose tail had been stepped on, waving his hands frantically.
"No! You are the only one who can take my place! Goku! Goku! Become the new Kami!"
Kami pressed forward, his voice impassioned.
Confronted with this aggressiveness, Goku blinked twice.
Suddenly, he pulled down his eyelids and stuck out his tongue, making a funny face.
"Nyeh nyeh nyeh~ I don't wanna!"
Under Kami's stunned gaze, Goku looked up and called out:
"Kintoun-"
Before anyone on the scene could react, a golden-yellow cloud descended.
Goku grabbed Chi-Chi, jumped onto the Flying Nimbus, and soared away.
"Goodbye, everyone! See you next time!"
As the couple rose on the cloud, sunlight broke through the previously overcast sky, casting revitalizing rays upon the land.
Paired with the radiant smiles on the newlyweds' faces-
And the waving farewells from the main cast below-
The final live stream gradually faded to black.
If the first live stream of Vegeta's trio gave the universe's inhabitants a clearer understanding of the Saiyans' brutal nature, and the second live stream, featuring Lott, showed everyone the terror of Saiyan's power-
Then the third live stream felt like being slapped twice before finally being given a sweet date.
Seeing the young, newly married couple disappear into the horizon at the end, even the planetary residents who had been terrified by Lott and Vegeta earlier couldn't help but break into fond, knowing smiles, offering silent blessings for Goku and Chi-Chi in their hearts.
And the many Earthlings who initially wanted to drive out Son Goku now fell into collective silence.
If that Kami who looked like King Piccolo was real, then Goku had saved Earth twice already.
If that was the case... did it really matter whether he was a Saiyan or an Earthling?
[Lance: Judge a gentleman by his actions, not his heart. Regardless of origin, anyone willing to contribute to peace represents justice.]
The person Lance hated most was Giovanni, the head of Team Rocket.
But he taught Giovanni's son, Silver, battle techniques.
In his view, who your parents are doesn't matter… what matters are your own actions.
[Giovanni: @Lance, Heh, as if you're so pure and noble. If you didn't have some use left, the League would have thrown you in jail long ago.]
Lance used to hate evil to a pathological degree, even planning to exterminate the 'excess' human population, leaving only the trainers and Pokémon he deemed worthy to survive.
He was stopped later.
An ordinary person doing something like that would have been imprisoned by the Pokémon League long ago.
But Lance continued serving as a League Champion as if nothing happened.
Wasn't it precisely because he was strong, and the League couldn't bear to lock him up?
Lance looked down on Giovanni, but did Giovanni ever respect Lance?
[Lance: @Giovanni, Have the guts to reveal your hideout! I'll be at your doorstep immediately!]
[Giovanni: Heh~ Man-child.]
[Hiruzen: Compared to the previous Saiyans, this young man named 'Son Goku' is far too righteous. It's a pity he's not from Konoha.]
[Onoki: @Hiruzen, Give it a rest, Third Hokage. If he were from Konoha, with that personality, wouldn't your council have ruined him?]
Who in the Ninja World didn't know Konoha's higher-ups loved killing their own geniuses?
Don't ask… the answer is Konoha doesn't allow such top-tier people to exist.
Since Hiruzen took office, practically no genius in Konoha met a good end.
The White Fang, the Yellow Flash, Shisui the Body Flicker...
Other villages were green with envy.
Why didn't their village have so many geniuses?
If Goku were from Konoha, Onoki could easily imagine it.
With Goku's childlike, pure personality, he'd be played to death by the Konoha Council for sure!
…
The three group video screens finally faded to black together.
Just as everyone across the universe was pondering what to do next, a new group announcement appeared:
[Next week at the same time, we will reveal to all group members… The Birth of the Saiyans]
[At that time, the origins of the five currently existing Saiyans will be unveiled. Stay tuned.]
'There's more!?'
Seeing this new announcement, everyone shuddered once more.
'Their birth?'
Saeko glanced subtly at Lott beside her.
'Perhaps this was a good opportunity to understand him.'
