Knock.
Knock.
Knock.
"Yes…?" Kaive answered.
"His Royalty, Miss Olessia is here to see you." Dino said from outside.
Kaive straightened, adjusting his robes. "Let her in," he replied, his mind shifting back to the celebration.
The final day, the reason they called it the Grand Trine Festival, was underway. Music and laughter echoed faintly from the halls, the city alive with excitement.
The first two days of the celebration were held indoors and were considered private events, not part of the actual festival. The third day, however, was the main event, the day officially called the Grand Trine Festival.
It will take place outside the palace, where even commoners could join. Stalls lined the streets, selling food, trinkets, and masks.
Musicians played lively tunes while dancers performed in the open squares. Sporting contests were held... archery, horse racing, and tug-of-war, alongside contests of strength and skill.
