The observers hadn't moved since the beginning.They were merely spectators to a grand event.
Even when Fiona's army was being blown apart from within, they hadn't made a move. But now, something had changed.
They had approved a sanctuary request, as even that didn't want Fiona to lose her life. If she had won, it would've helped them recover their losses. But now that she had lost, she had to make up for it.
If she died, then wasn't it no different than escaping responsibility. They couldn't let her die.
Fiona didn't realize that the observers didn't really have pity for her. They simply looked at her like an investment that couldn't be lost.
Just like that, the spectators had started moving. They also delivered a message to the Hero Tower, asking them to halt.
"This shall be a ceasefire in this battle. Anyone that breaks the ceasefire, will be punished..."
