The Viper's POV
I had just gotten back from a meeting and I sat at my table watching the warehouse when I heard a knock on the door.
"Come in." I quickly closed the screen to my laptop when my phone began to ring out loud.
"Hello." I picked it up after check-in who it was. "What do you want, Raphael?"
"Skr, we have a little problem at the club."
"What is it?"
"One of my girls mentioned that Dave Harston had reached out to her to tell him what happens at the club regularly."
"I knew that they weren't done even after the death of Roxy."
"Yes, Sir. It would seem so."
"And so?"
"I tried to ambush him but it didn't turn out well for me."
"Explain."
"I thought he would be an easy prey but I was wrong. He took the drugs in his drink but was able to still defend himself before he got back up."
"Did we lose men?"
"Yes, we lost about six men. The shots were fatal and we have cleaned the streets. I underestimated them and I take full responsibility."
