On set that morning, everything was going on as usual. Upon arrival, Bri quickly scanned the busy wardrobe area until she spotted Anna arranging wardrobe pieces for the first scene of the day. As usual, Bri walked over and the two chatted lightly while they waited for shooting to begin.
But before they could dive into their usual gossip, a soft voice called from behind them.
"Bri? Can I have a word with you for a minute?" the tone was gentle but serious.
The two ladies turned in unison, and suprise was written on their faces. Vanessa?
Bri blinked. "Uh..sure." She replied as she turned to Anna and whispered. "I'll be right back." Anna gave her an encouraging nod, but her eyes were wide with curiosity. She was left wondering what Vanessa wanted to talk to her best friend about.
Bri followed Vanessa, who led her slowly, not to a bench or a corner, but straight to her trailer. Bri's heart skipped. Vanessa Cruz's trailer? Why bring her to the trailer?
