PRIME MINISTER AMITABH GANDHI'S ADDRESS TO THE NATION

____

25th March, 0096

"Fellow citizens,

My greetings to every household listening tonight.

For the past six months, our nation has endured uncertainty, fear, and questions none of us imagined we would have to face in our lifetimes. The phenomenon we now know as Pariama has tested the spirit of this country in ways that no crisis before it ever has. Yet here we stand—still together, still moving forward, and still determined to rise above the challenges placed before us.

Today, I speak to you not with the weight of fear, but with the strength of hope.

After extensive consultations with our medical councils, scientific divisions, the Global Human Condition Taskforce, and the National Security Directorate, the government has taken several decisions that will guide our next steps.

I want to walk you through each of them clearly, so there remains no doubt about the direction we are heading toward.

The first and perhaps most awaited announcement concerns the nationwide lockdown. After reviewing the latest data and observing major stabilization across affected districts, the government has decided to fully lift the lockdown, effective immediately.

However, I must emphasise that this reopening comes with a set of strict protective guidelines. Movement in public clusters will remain regulated. High-risk zones will require biometric passage clearance. Health status verification through the Omnione system will remain mandatory at all major transit points.

These restrictions are not meant to limit freedom but to ensure safety as we transition into a more stable stage.

Turning toward the one who had vanished on VICYUTA day, we are searching for any signs related to them or what happened to them, so please bear with us, we will find them and bring them to their home.

Now, I bring you the news that many families have been waiting to hear. More than sixty percent of those who experienced the Pariama-induced unconsciousness have now awakened.

This includes individuals from all age groups, professions, and regions. Their recovery marks a turning point not only in our national morale but also in our scientific understanding of what has been happening to humanity.

Medical teams stationed across the country report that the majority of those who woke up show unprecedented physical resilience and heightened cognitive response.

Some present increased sensory clarity, others improved emotional regulation, and a few rare cases demonstrate abilities we have yet to fully understand.

To respond to these changes responsibly, we are initiating a new national policy.

Starting this academic year, all schools, colleges, and universities will conduct a compulsory assessment module designed to evaluate the physical and mental transformations experienced by students who passed through the Pariama stage.

This module will not replace regular academics; instead, it will run alongside them. The purpose is to help researchers create a unified national profile of post-Pariama development, and at the same time, provide young citizens personalized guidance so that their new attributes—whatever they may be—can be nurtured safely and ethically.

The middle-aged people also have to attend the special program introduced for them.

For the general population, another major step is required. Many of you have faced network disruptions, identification errors, or system instability while using your Omnione chip.

These problems arose because the chip's previous version was not designed to interface with the altered neural patterns found in post-Pariama individuals.

Therefore, every citizen must visit their nearest government center within the next thirty days to update their Omnione chip.

During this update, your AI assistant will also undergo a transformation, equipped with a new adaptive protocol that aligns with your brain's current state. This process is mandatory for all residents who use OMNI devices. It will allow our communication networks, public services, and national security systems to function without interruption.

Now, I must speak of something deeper—something our scientists hesitated to reveal until they were certain.

Throughout the past months, research divisions around the world believed that Pariama was an isolated event, a single, sudden shift in the human evolutionary chain. But recent studies indicate that this assumption was incomplete.

The evidence accumulated from neural scans, genetic markers, and energy-signature mapping now suggests that Pariama is not the final stage of this transformation. It is only the first threshold.

Let me be clear, so there is no misunderstanding: humanity is not facing a threat of extinction. Instead, we are witnessing the beginning of a long, measurable, and structured evolutionary progression—one far more complex than anything our species has experienced before.

This progression appears to unfold in sequential phases, each altering the brain and body in different ways. Pariama was merely the awakening point, the trigger that allowed dormant biological pathways to activate.

What happens after these phases? How many phases are there? What abilities or changes will emerge? As of today, no one can answer these questions with certainty. But one truth stands firm: we are stepping into a future that demands preparation, unity, and shared responsibility.

This is not the time for panic or myths. It is a time for discipline, curiosity, and empathy.

I want to assure every citizen that our scientific teams are working with unmatched urgency. International collaboration has reached levels never seen before. For the first time in history, borders have become irrelevant in the pursuit of knowledge.

Data is being shared freely. Researchers of every nation are standing side by side, united not by politics but by purpose. Their goal is singular: to understand this new chapter of human evolution and ensure that every person receives the support they need.

In the coming months, the government will launch the MANAVA PARINAMA NEXUS (MPN), a new institution dedicated entirely to studying, documenting, and monitoring this evolutionary process. This will be a worldwide institution.

This institution will include neuroscientists, biologists, behavior experts, military advisors, ethicists, and representatives from civilian organizations. It will operate transparently, and its findings will be shared with the public at regular intervals.

Before I close, I want to speak directly to the families who are still waiting. Forty percent of Pariama individuals have not yet awakened.

I stand with you in your fear, your frustration, and your exhaustion. But I ask you to hold on to hope. Every week brings new recoveries. Every day brings new discoveries. The same shifts that brought sixty percent of our loved ones back to us will reach the others as well. Do not lose faith.

As Prime Minister, I promise that no citizen will face this journey alone. We are entering a future that none of us were prepared for, but we are entering it together.

Humanity has always survived its turning points not because of strength alone, but because of cooperation, compassion, and the refusal to abandon one another.

Tonight marks the beginning of the next chapter. Let us move into it with courage.

Thank you.

Jai Hind."
