Cane slowly moved his body before he looked around. A whole day had passed since he had last been awake, and soreness was beginning to seep into his joints…or not?
Somehow, he felt even more refreshed as he moved around. Even his bodily needs seemed to be taken care of…or at least pushed aside for the time being.
First, he relieved himself and took a shower. Then came the food and other necessities.
After an hour of being out of VR, Cane felt like a human again and could go about his day just fine. He checked his mail and other stuff, but there was nothing important there that he needed to get done ASAP.
