Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 - The Report

North Of The World

On a continent that experiences the harsh winds of cold and the snowing of winter. The various tribes of the north are mostly users of physical strength as they use the mana on their bodies to help them survive the cold.

There were the four great tribes which ruled over the smaller tribes that were conquered by them. The rest of the smaller tribes were too far away from them.

When suddenly, a report came to the leader of the fourth great tribe who was a tall dark muscular-man with a bear claw scar on his chest who went by the name Gray.

In his hut, he heard from his right-hand man that there has been rumors circulating around the furthest part of the south that there was a man who was uniting the smaller tribes which were not under them.

"Hmm", "so why should this news concern me", He said as he sat on his chair made from wood and bones.

"Because instead of using ways to unite them under a single banner for a single purpose, this man challenged each of the chiefs and managed to kill them all without sustaining a single wound in battle according to the rumors". replied Vakill with a sense of urgency.

""HAHAHAHAHA, interesting, very interesting, i can't believe a person like that is in the south side of my territory". said Gray with a wide grin on his face.

"Sir, if there is a man just as the rumors says, it won't be long before he sets his sets his sights on us". said Vakill

"Who cares about that, all i want is to know is if such a man exists, will his ambition be high enough?"

"If so, i can't wait to enjoy a good fight with him, so what is the name of the man". asked Gray.

"We have not been able to obtain any information as they were rumors but sir, if the rumors are credible would you just wait for him to grow stronger and challenge your position as the ruler of the southern tribe." said Vakill

"VAKILL" Gray said, reducing the intensity of fury in his voice.

"When the earth decided to separate us from Pangea who were to judge her. He said, as he got up from his throne and twisted a knob on the left armrest of it showing a passage leading to the bottom of the hut whiles asking Vakill to follow him. "

"Remember, fear is not a rival, it is the closest relative to the truth so I won't fret even if i am destined to lose because this is not my only battlefield". He said, as they walked deeper into the dungeon.

When they got to the bottom which was illuminated by the torches hanging on the sides of the walls. There it was, a short silver axe plunged in the middle of the dungeon.

"Sir, what is the origin of this axe and why are my instincts screaming at me as if i am standing infront an apex predator even though we are twenty steps away from it." said Vakill with a trembling voice.

"Well since you have seen the axe i guess i should answer your questions. The origin of this axe is known only to the rulers of the south northern tribe, so defeat me and i will tell you about the axe". said Gray.

"Haha very funny sir, you just want to fight me since i am the only one who can make you enjoy a fight in territory". replied Vakill in a lazy tone.

"Well, it is true with what you said but this is the only way, as i defeated the former leader before knowing this axe."

"As for your second question, sorry to say this Vakill, its because you do not have a high mental strength to pick it much less look at it. If it had been low you would have been killed the moment you looked at it." said Gray in a serious tone.

Looking at Gray who had a serious look on his face, Vakill knew this was not a joke so he asked "But sir, why did you bring me here if you knew i could have died."

"Because, for the past two weeks this axe has been given off a low wave of energy as if it is expressing an emotion."

"I don't know if it is a good news or bad news bit i wan't you to you to be prepared in any way possible." said Gray in a commanding tone.

"Yes sir, replied Vakill knowing that when Gray uses a tone like that it means his instincts are warning him of trouble.
