"So, what do you girls want for dinner?" Fei-yu asked. "Tonight, the menu is up to my two little princesses."
The girls giggled at his teasing. Minato knew how good his cooking was and started salivating immediately, forgetting all about her diet. Yui-shin, not knowing his skill level, worried he might struggle with anything too complex.
"How about hot pot?" Fei-yu suggested, seeing their indecision. "It's getting chilly, and hot pot is perfect for warming up."
"Let's do it!" they answered in unison.
"Fei-yu, we're out of ingredients at home, and we don't have a soup base," Minato noted.
"Then let's hit the supermarket and buy everything we need!"
"Yay!"
Their excited voices drew stares from passersby. Many men looked at Fei-yu with pure envy, seeing him flanked by two beautiful high school girls. They headed to the largest supermarket in the area. It was Friday afternoon, so the place was packed with housewives and student couples.
"Wow!" Yui-shin gasped. It was her first time in such a massive store.
"Fei-yu, Minato-姐姐, can we take a photo together?" Yui-shin pulled out her phone. It was an old model, and they had to huddle close to fit in the frame. Fei-yu took the opportunity to wrap his arm around Minato's waist, pulling her flush against his side. Minato blushed but didn't pull away.

"Got it!" Yui-shin chirped. Fei-yu noticed she saved the photo in a folder named [Most Important People]. He felt a surge of affection for her.
"Tonight, everything is on me! Buy whatever you want," Fei-yu declared grandly. He wanted to spoil them since they always made his bentos. He had plenty of pocket money saved up from his summer job.
"Really? We won't be polite then!" Minato laughed, leaning her head on his shoulder.
"Hmph, no problem!" Fei-yu patted his wallet.
Yui-shin just smiled, watching them like she was watching her favorite romance show. She felt a bit guilty for being the "third wheel," but she realized she couldn't live without Fei-yu. He had saved her on that rainy night, carried her home, and protected her. Her love for him grew every day. Plus, they had already shared her first kiss. To her, Fei-yu was the most important person in the world, followed by Minato.
"Let's go, go, go!"
Fei-yu grabbed a shopping cart, and their shopping spree began.
