The president asked irritably, "What is it?"
Before the secretary could explain the situation,
the door to the president's office was suddenly thrown open again.
A young girl stormed in.
She had curly green hair and looked like a teenager—small and delicate.
But in truth, this girl was already twenty-eight years old.
Her name was Tatsumaki.
Louis recognized her immediately; she was one of the main characters in this world.
As usual, Tatsumaki wore a tight black dress with long sleeves and four high slits that revealed much of her slender legs.
"Well," Louis thought to himself, " She is truly beautiful. If I could bring someone from this world back to the real world,
Tatsumaki would be my first choice... right after Saitama, of course."
After stepping into the office, Tatsumaki's sharp eyes swept across the room.
Without hesitation, she used her psychic power to completely restrain Louis's movement.
The president looked at Louis nervously, unsure what to do.
Louis, however, remained seated calmly, showing no sign of resistance.
He asked clearly, "Miss Tatsumaki, may I help you with something?"
"It's simple," Tatsumaki said coldly. "You're the one they call the strongest man on earth, right? Then let's find out if you really deserve that title."
Louis raised an eyebrow. "And by 'deserve,' you mean… through strength?"
"Yes," she replied sharply. "So—do you dare fight me?"
"Fight?"
The president's face turned pale. This was clearly far beyond what he could handle.
Louis looked at her and spoke softly, "Sorry. I don't think you're qualified to face me.
If it were Blast, maybe I'd consider it. But you? I doubt it."
The moment she heard that name—Blast—Tatsumaki froze for a second.
That man had once saved her life.
She had never admitted it, but he was her idol.
In fact, she had joined the Hero Association just to find him.
And now, this stranger dared to say he could defeat Blast?
Anger boiled inside her.
Seeing her furious expression, the president began to panic.
But Louis still had no intention of fighting her.
The psychic pressure she released kept growing stronger and stronger.
Louis frowned slightly, thinking for a moment.
Then, with a small movement, he reached into his system's storage and pulled out the Power Stone, holding it tightly in his left hand.
Neither the president nor Tatsumaki saw what he did.
They only noticed a purple aura beginning to radiate from his body.
Then—Louis vanished.
"He broke free from my restraint that easily?" Tatsumaki thought in shock.
Before she could search for him, Louis appeared right in front of her.
She barely saw his hand move before he lightly tapped her forehead with a finger.
A second later—
CRASH!
The office window shattered as Tatsumaki was blasted through it like a rocket, completely unable to react.
The sudden burst of wind created a small storm inside the office, scattering papers and furniture everywhere.
Louis glanced at the mess, then smiled politely.
"Sorry about the mess, Mr. President," he said calmly. "You can deduct the repair costs from my salary."
The president waved his hands quickly. "No, no! This isn't your fault, Sir Emperor. I'll handle it myself. Please don't feel responsible!"
"Well, if you insist," Louis replied. "I have something to take care of, so I'll be leaving now."
Before the president could respond, Louis disappeared once again.
The office was now silent—except for the sound of the wind rushing through the broken window.
The president sighed tiredly.
He was just about to call the secretary to arrange repairs when a sudden powerful gust burst through the shattered window.
"EMPEROR!!!"
A furious voice echoed through the room.
Tatsumaki had returned—face flushed with rage, a red mark still visible on her forehead.
She glared around wildly.
"Where did he go!?" she demanded.
"I… I don't know," the president stammered. "He just vanished."
"Humph!" Tatsumaki snorted angrily.
Then, without another word, she flew back out the window, chasing after Louis at high speed.
The president looked around at his ruined office once again and sighed deeply.
"Not again…" he muttered.
