The next challenge was Kizaru (Borsalino), the Admiral of Light. Kizaru, lazily arrogant, generated his Yata no Kagami (Eight-Span Mirror), creating a beam of light to travel quickly across the plaza.
"Oh dear," Kizaru drawled. "The scary man stopped Kuzan. Guess I'll have to use the fastest delivery method."
Kizaru transformed into light and zipped toward Kenji at light speed, planning to strike with his Ama no Murakumo (Sword of Heaven).
Kenji smiled faintly. He had already copied the light concept multiple times, most recently via the Noro Noro no Mi.

The moment Kizaru achieved light speed, Kenji exerted a localized temporal acceleration field around his own body. He wasn't moving at light speed; he was moving slightly faster than the light that made up Kizaru's body.
Kenji appeared instantly ahead of Kizaru's light form, standing in his trajectory, blocking his path.
"Slightly faster than light, Borsalino," Kenji stated, touching Kizaru's light-form.
The touch was a demonstration of absolute supremacy. Kenji didn't attack; he merely disrupted the cohesion of Kizaru's light particles, causing the Admiral to fall out of his Logia form and solidify clumsily on the platform, stunned and momentarily disoriented.
"My... my light..." Kizaru muttered, adjusting his glasses, utterly confounded by the physical impossibility.
Kenji had neutralized two Admirals without drawing a weapon or causing major collateral damage, simply through the transcendent mastery of their own concepts
