Red lightning flashed through the dim hallway as a surge of electricity erupted around Dax. His eyes, once innocent and unfocused, now blazed with sharp awareness. A crimson glow pulsed behind his pupils, and the air trembled as if responding to some hidden awakening.
"Damn it…! Does this guy have one too?!"
The crime-lord known as Kingpin—the shadow ruler of New York's underworld—ran for his life, panting, sweating, glancing over his shoulder in terror. One Kamen Rider was already more destruction than he could handle.
And now there was another.
This was no longer a fight.
This was survival.
Kingpin stumbled as he ran, watching his men drop like insects. Their guns were useless, their bodies thrown aside like paper. Doctor Octopus was barely holding on, his mechanical arms smashing wildly, unable to stop the unstoppable.
And now a second Rider was appearing.
Kingpin's breath caught.
His fear twisted into rage.
"No… no!"
"I'm Kingpin! The ruler of New York's underworld! I won't die here!"
But death was racing toward him.

Dax's First Transformation
In the corner of the ruined hall, Dax lifted a rose-red Upgrade Key—shaped like a mechanical falcon—and held it firmly.
"Wing—Flight."
The key chimed in response.
He slammed it into the Forced Sublimator.
A deep mechanical voice echoed:
"Transform."
Dax smiled.
His heart raced with first-time excitement.
Pink lightning exploded around him.
Wings of digital energy unfolded.
An electronic falcon screeched across the air like a burning signal.
It circled above him, then dove—
Covering his body like armor.
Panels locked into place.
Energy surged.
Lightning danced.
"Forcerise!"
"Flying Falcon!"
The digital falcon shattered into fragments of pink and silver light.
And when the light faded—
Kamen Rider Dax stood there, armored in rose-red steel and aerodynamic wing-plates.
Dax stared at himself, amazed.
"This is… incredible!!"
Like a child with a new toy, he almost forgot the battlefield.

Kingpin Makes a Desperate Deal
Seeing the pink-armored warrior awakening, Kingpin panicked.
He turned toward the elderly woman standing in the corner—Madam Gao—leader of a ninja clan in the underworld.
"Help me! Stop that guy! Do it and the ENTIRE New York drug market is yours! No commission! No cuts!"
Madam Gao's eyes narrowed.
She had held back earlier.
She had no reason to risk herself fighting Henry or Dax.
But the drug empire of New York?
That was too great a reward.
She nodded slowly.
"Very well. I accept."
At her gesture, a squad of black-clad ninjas burst forward.
Kunai.
Throwing darts.
Shadows moving like snakes.
---
Dax Unleashes the Falcon Wings
The ninjas hurled a storm of weapons toward Dax.
The air whistled.
But Dax only smiled.
"Finally! Something fun!"
A pair of mechanical blade-wings unfolded from his back—sharp as metal scythes.
Clang! Clang! Clang!
The wings snapped together in front of him, forming a shield.
Kunai and darts bounced off harmlessly.
When the barrage ended—
The wings opened sharply.
"It's my turn!"
Dax launched himself upward—
Exploding forward like a rocket.
The ninjas barely had time to unsheathe their katanas—
But Dax's pink figure vanished.
A flash.
A whisper.
A gust of wind.
Then—
All the ninjas froze.
Their katanas snapped in half.
Lines of red opened across their bodies.
They collapsed together, blood spraying.
"Too fragile," Dax said, hovering above them.
His eyes moved to Kingpin.
"Next… you."
---
Kingpin's Terror
Kingpin screamed, scrambling away.
"Madam Gao! Help!!"
Dax swooped down like a hunting bird—
But a sudden CRACK! sounded.
A whip of supernatural force lashed upward.
It wrapped around Dax's ankle—
Madam Gao's whip.
With an inhuman strength, she spun him through the air—
SLAM!
Dax crashed into the ground, dust exploding.

Doctor Octopus vs. the Modia Unit: Breaker
Meanwhile, the other Rider—Breaker—faced Doctor Octopus, who attacked with full rage.
His mechanical arms spun like helicopter blades, slicing the air.
SWOOSH—WHIRR—CRACK!
Each strike could crush concrete.
Breaker dodged with uncanny precision, every movement already predicted by his internal calculation chip—one far superior to anything human-built.
Doctor Octopus grinned.
"I calculated all your escape patterns! You can't dodge forever!"
Breaker tilted his head calmly.
"Your robotic arms are too low-grade."
The mechanical limbs struck the ground—
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Cratering stone.
But never hitting Breaker.
Doctor Octopus trembled.
"H-How…?!"
Breaker tapped the side of his helmet.
"Because Vanderbuilt Technologies built me with superior predictive algorithms. Your tech is outdated scrap."
---
Weapon Upgrade — Flame Blade
Breaker lifted his crossbow.
"ArrowRise!"
A glowing blade snapped out—becoming a flaming sword-like weapon.
He inserted an Upgrade Key.
FWOOOSH!!
The crossbow-blade ignited in roaring flame.
Doctor Octopus lunged again.
Breaker swung.
SHING!!
A robotic limb was sliced clean off—
Metal melting at the edges.
Doctor Octopus screamed.
His nerves were linked to the mechanical arms.
But Breaker didn't stop.
One sweep—
Two sweeps—
Three—
Two more arms severed.
The final arm stabbed into the ground in panic.
Doctor Octopus tried to flee by drilling downward.
He almost disappeared—
But Breaker pointed his flaming blade downward—
"Wind Eagle Strike!"
FLAME SLASH!!
The attack sliced through the last robotic arm—then through Doctor Octopus' chest, pinning him into the underground wall.
The villain shrieked as flames engulfed him.
---
Kingpin Tries to Escape
Kingpin finally reached his hidden escape elevator.
He slammed his fist on the concealed switch.
The wall split open, revealing the lift.
"YES!"
"If I escape, I can rebuild EVERYTHING!"
He entered.
The doors began to close.
He laughed hysterically.
"You'll never reach me in time!"
---
Dax Uses the Scorpion Chain
But Dax had already recovered.
He yanked the sublimator handle.
"Sting Dystopia!"
A scorpion-tail chain shot from his left arm like a burning comet.
It lanced across the room—
THWIP!!
Wrapped around Kingpin's throat—
And dragged him out of the elevator, smashing him into walls, pillars, and debris.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
He finally landed in a broken heap at Breaker's feet.
Dax reeled the chain back.
Kingpin choked, gasping on the ground.
His face purple.
His voice barely a whisper.
"P-Please… spare me…"
