We meet again
Like chapter 1.5 , this chapter won't be a continuation of chapter 2, this chapter will contain explanations of what is happening in chapter 2.
First, if you see any change, that is just me who 'adjusts' this chapter to 'The Story', so it's the same as I intended.
So, in chapter 2 the governments have 'their' tools, who is 'their' in this context ? Well, the answer is Hepta Beings
How do the governments have the tools of hepta beings ? Well you see, Hepta beings really don't want their playthings to be die or injured, so they're scatter their creations or tools to infinite 'A World', and 'A World' contain infinite dimensions, so each 'A World' contain infinite Hepta's tools.
Hepta beings are not forget about after life, but the tools for after life are very interesting. This content won't be on Chapter 3, but it will be in the future chapter.
Moving on, about the existence of 'The One Creation', while they technically exist, they are only considered to exist "now" not before nor after, that's why fighting them from the past is worthless, fighting them from the future is stupid.
Now, about 2D, it's interesting, because it has its own time, so, the time passes on the Space-time continuum above isn't the same as 2D. It's how it works.
Anyway, because of Inkveil, 2D is considered powerful enough to threaten a single Dimension, his abilities are fascinating.
Some of you may be confused about the difference between a dimension as a place and a dimension as a form of existence.
Both concepts support each other.
There is a 2 Dimension as an existence and a place.
There is a 0 Dimension as an existence and a place

And, about dimensions, like I said in chapter 0, dimensions are unique places, they have their own time, yet they're in the same 'A World'.
Space-time continuum 'The One Creation' genocide takes place is considered one of the infinite amount dimensions.
And there is a question, is there a dimension that is similar to another ?
The answer is yes, they maybe have their own rules and own time, that doesn't mean they can't have the same rule and time.
And there is another question, I say that dimensions have their own time, so Is 'The Time' only one ? Well yeah, but it's one principle, not one singular time.
This is an 'A World' rule, everything within an 'A World' is bound by time.
Speaking about 'bound', 'The One Creation' now isn't bound by 'The Time' rule, not only time in 1 dimension, but 'The Time' as the principle itself,
And now for Inkveil, or especially his abilities
Like 'cut' ability, it erases the very being of a target, but not the non-existent itself.
Well, 'The One Creation' have this ability now, and makes it even more powerful.
They made this ability can destroy non-existent itself now, this is because their core is already non-existent.
Let me remind you, every ability is also upgraded if 'The One Creation' was upgraded too.
And, now 'distort' can bend the space-time Continuum, which is 3D Spatial + 1D Temporal itself.
'Time Stop' can stop the whole 'The Time' principle
'Time manipulation' can be used on any dimension, can reverse, speedup or slowing the infinite dimensions all at once.
'copy' and 'paste' can copy the whole property of 'The One Creation' including their ability and non-existent, all of it, perfect copy.
Different from the clone ability 'The One Creation' got earlier, this copy and paste clone can't be deleted with only an existence erasure ability.
And for the limit, well at 2D this ability can produce over infinite copies, yeah, just to get killed by 'The One Creation'.
In 3D, it's getting more interesting, because the infinite multiplies by infinite, similar to the concept of infinity above infinity.
The first infinite on 2D is aleph-null, the smallest infinite, and in 3D the number multiplied by infinite.
So now, The second infinite in 3D is Aleph-1, the uncountable infinite, and so on.
And, now we get to,
where is 'The One Creation' now, are they in the space ?, are they in the higher place ?
Well, the answer is, they are on the outside of the space-time continuum, they exist on the place neither within the 4D Space-time continuum nor above it.
Speaking of existence, let's talk about space, especially 'The Space', in chapter 0 I say that this is an infinite void for many things
It's right, but in detail, 'The Space' is a principle like 'The Time'.
And there is a question, if 'The Space' is 'for many things' so 'The Space' is a container not a principle.
Well, let me tell you, 'The Space' is not a container, the meaning of the text is that.
'The Space' is an infinite-sized void for many things 'takes form into'.....

And different from 'The Time' which is only in 'A World', 'The Space' is interesting.

Afterlife is a place that exists beyond 'The Time'.
The Barriers are beyond after life, well the barriers are layers of additional existence stacked over each other infinitely.
Well, we're talking about existence and all, so let me explain to you the difference between creatures, entities, beings, The Being and pawn.
1. Creatures
The lowest hierarchy of existence, the example is all of Infinite 'A World' to below.
2. Entities
The existence of something higher than 'A World' can do anything to it.
The example is after life and the barriers with all entities in it.
3. Beings
The existence above dimensionality, can do anything to 'The Worlds' or the barriers and below it.
The example is Hepta place and Hepta Beings
4. The Being
The existence above Hepta place and its beings, well this is The Being the pinnacle of 'the places'.
5. Pawn
The existence above even 'the places' and the 'concept', everything in 'the places' and 'concept', pawn have control over it, they can erase it or create another one. After all, they're my pawn.
