The girl felt uneasy about the strange request from that unknown man, who, by all appearances, seemed to be just an ordinary cab driver, but something about him unsettled her in an unusual way.
Yet he smiled again, his tone cheerful as he said:"
_Welcome, Miss Rina. Would you care to join me for a ride? Just a simple tour through our lovely world. Don't worry I'll make sure nothing happens to you. Just enjoy your time!"
Rina hesitated for a moment. She didn't know this world, but thought she might learn more if she asked the right questions. Maybe she could figure out where she was.
So, with polite curiosity, she replied:"
_That's kind of you ,but how do you know my name?"
Bobby answered in a melodic tone:"
_ Everyone who enters here, it's clear, the path draws near,
No steps to fear, no need to steer,
The air is still, the threads appear,
A woven trail through shifting light,
We walk beneath a silver glow,
The stars are close, the winds move slow,
A voice unknown begins to grow,
It calls us deeper, far below,
The ground is soft, the roots have grown,
We pass the gate, to meet the great."
Rina replied with a laugh:
_ "You'd make a great poet! That was a lovely little poem. This world is amazing and its people even more so! Ha!"
_ "You haven't seen anything of this world yet, nor have you truly met its people. There's still so much ahead... but don't rush , just enjoy your time !."
It was Rina's first truly genuine laugh.
How many times had she laughed with mischief before...
So many moments spent crafting devious plans, only to burst into laughter when they succeeded.
But now, a pang of guilt touched her heart as she recalled the troubles she had caused her classmates.
She thought to herself:"
_Bobby's kindness and innocence made me laugh... genuinely. I was truly happy, I laughed softly, and it felt wonderful. I've never felt this way before. Only now do I realize how beautiful laughter and joy can be. All my past mischievous laughs never held this gentle, warm feeling like the one I just had..."
