[Sarada]: Honestly... the only real difference between Uncle Itachi and Dad is that tear line under his eye!
Back to the video feed—
deep in the dark caverns, Uchiha Itachi and Sasuke finally crossed paths.
For Sasuke, it was like seeing a ghost.
His big brother—the one who had died long ago—was now standing in front of him, alive and calm.
"Impossible…" he whispered. "You're… supposed to be dead!"
Before Sasuke could recover, Itachi was already moving. He had no time to explain—his mission to stop Kabuto Yakushi couldn't wait.
When Sasuke chased after him, Itachi summoned a storm of crows, blocking the way.
"Don't follow me."
But Sasuke's persistence was as stubborn as his fire. He pushed through, determined to demand the truth.
Itachi broke through the barrier leading into the hidden cavern. A violent explosion of light and dust erupted—
and there he was.
Kabuto Yakushi, his glasses glinting with eerie confidence.
[Kabuto]: That version of me's already mastered Sage Mode. Does Itachi really think he can beat me alone?
[Itachi]: Hard to say.
[Naruto (adult)]: Ah… makes me nostalgic for my reckless youth.
[Sasuke (adult)]: Same here.
[Sarada]: Dad, what was your strongest moment anyway?
[Sasuke (adult)]: Hm… around the time your Uncle and I fought each other. We both lost an arm afterward.
[Sarada]: …That sounds awful!
[Mitsuki]: I kinda wanna see that fight though.
[Boruto]: Easy. My dad probably lost—Sasuke-sensei always wins.
[Sasuke (adult)]: Boruto… your father started with nothing and climbed his way up through sheer will. You should understand his past before judging his present.
Boruto went quiet.
For the first time, he felt something other than frustration toward his father—maybe a little respect.
[Momoshiki]: @Boruto Uzumaki …interesting future you have, boy.
[Boruto]: Uh, who even are you?!
[Naruto (adult)]: …This can't end well.
In the video, Sasuke finally caught up to Itachi.
Before either could talk, Kabuto smiled and stepped out of the shadows.
"Two Uchiha brothers… what an opportunity. I'll just take both of you down together."
"Big brother… why didn't you kill me that night?" Sasuke demanded, voice trembling with fury and confusion.
Itachi didn't answer. His gaze flicked toward Kabuto—
and the cave trembled with the hiss of serpents.
[Sasuke (adult)]: I remember this battle. If not for my brother, we'd never have won.
[Sarada]: I can't wait to see how it plays out!
[Izuna]: Two Mangekyō users versus one medic with snakes? Should be easy.
[Hashirama]: Don't underestimate a Sage from Ryūchi Cave. That Kabuto's no slouch.
[Kabuto]: Heh, time for your breakfast!
[Hidan]: You scared me, man.
[Kakashi]: Don't worry—I added salt to the breakfast.
The chat laughed, even as tension built in the cave.
Itachi interrogated Kabuto, who responded only with arrogance.
When words failed, steel and chakra spoke.
Sasuke flung shuriken; Itachi's arm flashed, deflecting them.
[Kabuto]: In Sage Mode, I'm beyond the Uchiha!
[Itachi]: I told you—every jutsu has a fatal weakness.
[Sasuke]: He's right.
Kabuto tried to manipulate Sasuke, whispering temptations of power and revenge.
But Itachi cut through the noise.
"Our quarrel can wait. For now, fight beside me—but don't kill him."
Sasuke frowned. "Why not?"
"If we kill the Edo Tensei caster, the technique can never be undone.
I'll handle it—with Tsukuyomi if I must."
Kabuto smirked. "You make it sound easy. Let's see if it is."
Itachi's voice dropped low, echoing through the cave:
"Every jutsu bears a risk… and mine—"
his Sharingan spun, blooming into a Mangekyō—
"—is me."
The camera zoomed on his eyes.
For a heartbeat, even time seemed to stop.
The two brothers stood shoulder to shoulder, their red eyes burning like twin suns.
"Let's go, Sasuke."
"Got it, Nii-san."
Kabuto hissed, Sage chakra surging. From the walls, thousands of snakes slithered forward.
[Mei Terumī]: Ugh! He's as disgusting as Orochimaru ever was!
[Hiruzen]: Orochimaru, look what your student's become!
[Orochimaru]: Hehehe… give it time, old man. We'll meet again soon.
Meanwhile, in the Hokage's office, Hiruzen squinted at "Rasa," who was quietly grinning.
That smile was… off. Too familiar.
Could it be…?
Hiruzen took a long drag of his pipe. If that's really Orochimaru… I'm too old for this.
Back in the cave, Kabuto bowed his head, shadows hiding his face.
The serpents around him swelled, scales scraping stone.
Then—
ROAR!
The massive snakes lunged.
Itachi and Sasuke moved as one.
Their chakra flared—two colossal Susanoo forms towering in the darkness.
Steel and light collided.
The cavern shook.
Fragments of rock rained like meteors.
Itachi's Susanoo seized four serpent heads in one hand, crushing them.
Sasuke's blade flashed, slicing through the rest in arcs of flame and lightning.
[Kabuto]: So this is Susanoo… fascinating.
The snakes melted into a slick of white fluid, retreating.
But something wasn't right—Itachi's eyes narrowed.
The real danger hadn't even begun.
(Cue suspenseful ending theme)
