"This... how is this possible!" Lucci's eyes widened. He could only watch helplessly as the soaring firelight assailed him.

PS: Regarding the arrangement for Koby the deserter, we need to crowdfund some ideas!
1. Remove Koby the deserter's inglorious parts, let him replace Luffy as Garp's successor, with a potential ceiling of Admiral candidate (not recommended).
2. Koby the deserter continues his mysterious actions at the top, blocking his path to advancement, making him a bottom-tier soldier, mocked and suppressed by righteous Marines, dying in obscurity.
3. Red Hair arrives too late, and Koby the deserter turns into a mess.
