Chapter 13 - chapter 13

Loyi gazed at the city wall: "Sylvie is a Brave, and she can unleash incredible power when defending the city."

"And that mysterious person can defeat the Merlin siblings; for such a strong individual, we should show sufficient respect."

"I don't want the Children to be needlessly injured here. Relay my order: retreat."

"Yes." The Cat-eared Girl did not question and turned to convey the order to retreat.

As the retreat order spread through the Mixed-blood Species team, captains across the battlefield executed the decision without hesitation, directing their subordinates to withdraw in an orderly fashion.

In just a moment, the Mixed-blood Species, who had almost breached the city wall, quickly disengaged from the battle.

On the city wall, the Adventurers were exhausted, their armor mostly soaked with blood and sweat. In their growing despair, they watched as the enemy suddenly began to retreat.

After a brief moment of bewilderment, an Adventurer was the first to react, raising his arm and shouting, "We won!"

His cry ignited those around him, and soon, thunderous cheers erupted from the top of the wall.

Karl, following the Knights Templar squad, and Sylvie were still discussing where to break through when they saw the Mixed-blood Species army, which had been besieging the castle, begin an orderly retreat.

They even deliberately cleared a path leading to the castle.

"This..." Sylvie gripped the longsword in her hand and warned, "What's going on? Why did they suddenly retreat? Could this be a trap?"

Karl glanced at her and said indifferently, "Let's go in."

For Karl, the outcome of this war was irrelevant; his goal was the mother body hidden somewhere.

He possessed the ability of Time Stop, and the more chaotic the place, the easier it was to escape.

Sylvie watched Karl walk forward without hesitation, and she had to admit that her worries had indeed lessened considerably.

The group silently followed behind Karl.

The Mixed-blood Species dispersed to both sides in an unusually orderly manner, yet they did not leave immediately, standing on either side of the road, their figures appearing and disappearing in the smoke-filled battlefield.

Everyone's gaze was fixed on them, as if seeing Karl and his group off as they entered the castle.

Under this scrutiny, Sylvie and Will both gripped their respective weapons tightly.

Chris unconsciously moved closer to Karl, but then, realizing her action, she deliberately maintained a distance from him.

Karl's gaze slowly swept over the faces of the thousands of Mixed-blood Species around him; they all wore white masks.

It now seemed that this was the first stage of the formless daughter's symbiosis.

Among this group of Mixed-blood Species, there were more than a dozen who looked no different from normal people, exuding an extraordinary aura, all looking over with varied expressions.

These were clearly the captains who had passed the first stage of symbiosis.

After Karl retracted his gaze, he strode at the very front of the team, showing no emotional fluctuation as he faced the gaze of thousands of Mixed-blood Species.

His three-meter-tall body stood out prominently in the crowd, becoming the focal point of the entire battlefield.

The Knights Templar members behind him, in this grim atmosphere, followed Karl closely, their formation unconsciously becoming more compact.

The group walked all the way to the city lord's mansion wall.

Karl's gaze was suddenly drawn to a black-haired beauty standing in front of the Mixed-blood Species team.

She looked to be in her thirties, with a plump figure, exuding the unique sensual charm of a mature woman.

Especially her golden vertical pupils, looking at Karl, seemed to penetrate hearts, yet also carried a benevolent smile. She elegantly bowed to Karl.

Her movements were natural.

Karl nodded slightly in return and then continued to lead the team forward.

When Will saw the mature woman, a flicker of surprise and disbelief flashed in his eyes, but he said nothing, silently following behind Karl.

After the mature woman elegantly bowed to Karl, she turned and left. The gathered Mixed-blood Species seemed to receive some signal and dispersed in all directions.

However, they did not completely scatter but formed a loose encirclement in the distance.

The city lord's mansion gates opened, and a team of soldiers in Knights Templar armor rushed out.

They immediately recognized Will in the group, their expressions turning to joyful surprise as they all knelt and saluted.

"Your Royal Highness!"

Will asked urgently, "Where is my sister?"

"Commander Aisha is in the command room," a knight quickly replied.

Hearing this, Will rushed towards the command room without hesitation.

Seeing this, Sylvie turned to look at Karl, waiting for his opinion. Her mood was quite subtle; outside, Karl gave her a strong sense of security.

But now that they were in the city.

It felt quite absurd for her to bring the legendary Evil Dragon Karl into the city lord's mansion.

After entering the city, Xiao Guo asked to find her brother and bid farewell to the others.

Karl, Sylvie, and Chris entered the command room together.

In the center of the command room, a large map hung, and in front of the map stood a woman in silver-white Knights Templar armor. Her posture was tall and straight, about 1.8 meters in height.

Her golden hair was tied into a ponytail, and her sword-like eyebrows gave her a heroic and imposing look.

"Sister!" Will's voice was full of surprise as he rushed forward a few steps.

"Welcome back, Will." Aisha lightly patted Will's shoulder, then turned to Karl, "Hello, Karl."

The next second.

"Time Stop."

Karl reflexively activated Time Stop.

Chapter 21: Participation

The world solidified at this moment, and Karl's tense nerves relaxed slightly; his identity being called out instantly had caused an instinctive reaction.

Karl took a deep breath, calming his mind.

Since time had stopped, he naturally had to do something.

Karl carefully observed Aisha in front of him; she indeed possessed a royal demeanor, carrying a heroic air compared to most women.

He reached out and gently lifted Aisha's chin, her face heroic and imposing.

It was hard to imagine what kind of reaction such a strong woman would have when being intensely 'stir-fried'.

His gaze lingered on her cheek, then moved down to her magnificent Knights Templar armor. If he were to take off this armor, he might not be able to put it back on exactly as it was.

"Never mind, next time."

Karl withdrew his gaze, not wanting to create complications. The priority now was to find the mother body.

He turned his head, his gaze falling on Chris who stood nearby.

This Saintess also possessed astonishing beauty; unlike Aisha's assertive heroism, hers was a sacred and elegant beauty.

She perfectly fit the common person's fantasy of a goddess.

Karl's current actual rank was only Tier 1. To increase his abilities, he had to engage in those special movie plot scenarios.

He had been holding back before due to potential dangers.

Now, temporarily safe.

He had already planned to level up his skills while finding the mother body, then act opportunistically.

Karl picked up Chris, placed her on a nearby table, and lifted one of Chris's long legs; her legs were slender and well-proportioned.

Because she was a Saintess, there wasn't much muscle on her legs; they felt soft and smooth like jade in his hand.

Karl grasped one of her jade feet in his palm, feeling the softness, hesitated, then grasped the other foot, bringing them together around little ka.

The touch was delicate, but after a while, he lost interest.

Indeed, such things were boring under Time Stop. Later, when they were alone, he would let her try more actively.

Karl made up his mind and placed her on the table.

After trying it once in a non-Time Stop state, doing it again in Time Stop indeed lacked much of the fun.

"Hmph..."

Karl took a deep breath and began the practical part, without much technique, just looking at her saintly face as a side dish.

In the space of Time Stop, only his breathing could be heard.

The moment Time Stop ended.

Chris suddenly felt her legs go weak, and her body involuntarily tilted forward.

Seeing her friend's unusual state, Sylvie quickly reached out to support her: "Chris?"

"I'm fine." Chris managed to steady herself, trying to appear normal.

She, of course, knew what had just happened. That peculiar sensation of abdominal expansion, however, greatly reduced the feeling of muscle tearing.

After a few times, her body seemed to gradually adapt to Karl's size.

Chris immediately felt the chill beneath her nun's robe and her mind sharpened; her inner garments had been taken.

She could only try her best to clench her muscles to prevent anything from flowing out.

"Maybe I've been walking for too long, I'm a bit tired."

Chris found an excuse, she didn't want Sylvie and Aisha to notice anything amiss.

Aisha frowned slightly.

She had just called out Karl's identity, and then the Saintess suddenly felt weak-kneed. The atmosphere that had been so carefully built up seemed to be ruined by this sudden turn of events.

Karl was surprised to find that his "Time Stop" domain's casting range had increased from 110 meters to 130 meters.

After he finished, when he wiped with Chris's underwear, he conveniently put all the inner garments from her nun's robe into his pocket.

This kind of play further expanded his Time Stop domain. It seemed that to become stronger, he would have to come up with more new tricks in the future.

After Aisha retracted her gaze, she looked directly at Karl: "Mr. Karl, may I know your purpose in coming here?"

After she asked, the room suddenly became silent.

Will and Sylvie stood by, looking at Karl nervously.

They knew the unfathomable strength of this Evil Dragon and were afraid of accidentally angering him.

Karl raised an eyebrow, and the skill "Formless" was deactivated, revealing his true appearance, a wicked face, he grinned, showing a row of sharp teeth.

"Because interesting things Will happen here."

Aisha gazed at Karl, and after a long moment, a smile suddenly played on her lips: "Then, Mr. Karl, I hope you have a pleasant time. If you need any help, you can always find any member of the Royal Knights."

After she finished speaking, her gaze turned to Will and Sylvie: "Do you have any information about those Mixed-blood Species outside?"

Will and Sylvie exchanged glances.

Sylvie spoke first: "On our way here, we encountered a Centaur with teleportation abilities."

As she spoke, her eyes occasionally darted towards Karl. From her perspective, Karl had been secretly guiding the entire situation.

Karl had no interest in these discussions. He stood up: "I'm going for a walk outside."

He planned to use this free time to level up his skills.

As Karl left, the atmosphere in the room instantly relaxed a bit.

"Sister, Karl is very dangerous." Will said urgently after Karl left. The experiences of these past few days had already made this prince, born of royalty, begin to doubt life itself.

Aisha listened to her brother's account, her expression gradually becoming solemn.

At this moment, Karl had already left the room.

Activating the skill "Formless," he instantly transformed into a majestic warrior in armor.

He walked through the city lord's mansion. This mansion was built against a mountain wall, covering a vast area, already a city within a city.

Karl looked around; Adventurers were everywhere.

They gathered in small groups. After the incident in Wind Chime City, these Adventurers had intentionally gathered here.

Karl's gaze swept across the faces of many female Adventurers.
