The ribbon first entered the puddle, seemingly dancing aimlessly in the water, then, as if confirming some standard, it floated out of the puddle and drifted accurately towards Chris.
Chris saw the ribbon floating towards her.
Her body instinctively recoiled.
Will reacted quickly, pulling away from behind Chris, reaching out, grabbing the floating ribbon, and clenching it in his hand.
He immediately noticed that these ribbons were different from those he had encountered before.
They were much finer, wriggling in his palm.
At the same same time, some ribbons were drifting towards his dragon artifact, clinging to it, trying to find a hole to drill into.
"Be careful!" Chris saw her secretions still clinging to it, but she still warned him immediately.
Will narrowed his eyes; the dragon artifact was specifically for purifying evil god spawn.
Sure enough, in the next second, a purification value appeared before him.
Formless Daughter Purification Value: 0.0000001
Because the purifier was too low, he didn't gain any skills.
"Come here." Will pointed to the ground: "Try to pee here again."
Chris's expression darkened; she knew Will was experimenting with the symbiote mechanism.
She had been in too much pain earlier and sprayed on the ground, and then these symbiotes appeared; there was a clear connection between the two.
Seeing her hesitate, Will said, "Is your sense of shame more important than the hundreds of thousands of lives in this city? If you don't even have that much awareness, I suggest you find a remote countryside place to hide."
Chris's face instantly turned ashen, and she struggled to suppress her inner anger.
Anyone encountering such a person, standing on moral high ground and pointing fingers, would be furious.
After a brief silence.
Chris took a deep breath, calming herself. She genuinely wanted to find out the results, so she walked to the side, squatted down, closed her eyes, and endured the shame.
She told herself that all of this was for the millions of lives in San Marino City, and Will was an essential combat force.
Chris was trying, but after the previous time, she really had nothing left.
She opened her eyes and saw Will walk behind her, his movements practiced. Then, a sharp pain came from behind her; the slightly healed wound was chafed again.
"Enough! Will!"
Chris was truly angry. Was this guy's brain in his ass? She reached out to push Will away, but although Will had the physique of a child.
His strength far exceeded hers.
He gripped her waist from behind, preventing her from breaking free.
Chris tried to break free several times but couldn't. She was knocked off balance and fell to one knee.
But those floating ribbons, as if detecting a target, twisted again and floated towards her.
"So that's how it's located." Will pulled away from behind her.
Chris also understood in an instant, her face looking terrible.
Will frowned deeply and walked over to the beautiful Elf Maiden, who was covering her mouth with both hands, her face filled with surprise and happiness from the human swordsman's proposal.
The simple-minded Orc and the muscular Dwarf teammates sat beside them, offering congratulations, watching the two.
Since time was stopped, it now looked like a scene where the golden boy and jade girl of an Adventurer team had fallen for each other, and their teammates were giving their blessings.
"Why do the Elf and her two male teammates have parasites, but the swordsman who proposed doesn't?" Will muttered.
Then, his expression became subtle.
Will reached out, picked up the Elf Maiden, and laid her on the human swordsman who had proposed, allowing the two lovers to be close to each other.
"You just promised not to hurt her!" Chris walked over, adjusting her Saintess robes, her legs a bit unsteady, and her face pale.
"Can't you tell?" Will's finger swept across the group of four: "This Elf and her two teammates all have parasites inside them, but only this swordsman doesn't. I'm just confirming my suspicion."
Chris's expression changed, and she turned her head away, no longer stopping him.
Although the Elf in front of her looked pure, associating it with the symbiotic rules of these symbiotes, she could roughly guess what was happening.
She turned her head, not wanting to look anymore.
"It's as we suspected." Will's voice was serious as he held the Elf Maiden's long legs: "Very loose."
"Enough." Chris turned back, her face grim: "Then stop it!"
"It's fine, though not as comfortable as yours, it's barely usable." Will looked at the purification value in front of him.
Formless Daughter, Purification Value: 0.00001
"We seem to be in trouble." Will moved, his brows furrowed: "These symbiotes are even more terrifying than I imagined."
Chapter 35 Saintess
Time Stop ended.
The atmosphere in the tavern was lively. The Lizard Woman warrior suddenly froze, her hand quickly covering her throat, a flicker of confusion in her eyes.
"What's wrong?" Her companion beside her noticed her abnormality and asked with concern.
"Nothing." The Lizard Woman warrior waved her hand, picked up the large mug of ale in front of her, and gulped it down, swallowing the viscous sensation in her throat.
In another corner of the bar, the Elf Maiden covered her mouth, tears of joy sparkling in her eyes, as she carefully accepted the ring offered by the human swordsman: "You idiot."
"I love you." The human swordsman held her tightly in his arms, his eyes filled with admiration and love for his pure and innocent girlfriend.
The two teammates stood by, raising their glasses, offering blessings to the couple.
Chris stood at the top of the stairs, her gaze sweeping over the Elf Maiden not far away, her expression subtle: "Did she… not notice anything unusual?"
Will turned his head: "What could be unusual? She's completely loose."
If it weren't for purification, he wouldn't have even touched that Elf Maiden.
Chris looked at the human swordsman embracing his girlfriend, her expression complex. As a Saintess, she instinctively believed that love should at least have prerequisites like sincerity and chastity.
"Don't look. Organisms are interesting precisely because of their diversity." Will's eyes held a playful glint: "Just like no one would have thought that a holy Saintess would find satisfaction from behind."
He was quite surprised too; normally, women would only feel pain, nothing else.
It was more psychological.
But just now, Chris had really sprayed.
Chris froze, her fists clenched, and shame rose on her cheeks. She wanted to explain, but after two times, especially the second time when Will brought out those symbiotes in just a few strokes.
She had no reason to refute him.
After Will finished speaking, he twitched his nose slightly, then waved his hand in disgust: "It smells too strong. I'm going back to my room. Call Sylvie over later; we need to re-strategize our approach to these symbiotes."
He finished speaking and quickly left.
After the experiment, he had more conjectures about the formless daughter. This evil god's mechanism was even more dangerous than he had initially anticipated.
If he wasn't careful, it could truly cause all living creatures in the world to turn into plush balls.
It would be quite troublesome if it became a world with blurred concepts of "sex."
Chris watched Will's retreating back, especially his disgusted expression as he covered his nose. Her fists unconsciously tightened.
The smell on her body was precisely what Will had caused.
This made her furious.
After a deep breath, she calmed herself, telling herself that Will was a necessary combat force against these unknown creatures.
She quickly walked back to her room. As she passed Will's room, she stomped her feet, making a "thump, thump" sound. This was the only way she could express her dissatisfaction.
Chris first detoured to the bathroom provided by the tavern.
Her clothes came off her body.
She glanced at some bruises on her waist. Although Will's hands were small, his strength far exceeded that of an average combatant, and he showed no tenderness when using her.
Holy light flowed over Chris's palm, smoothing out the scars one by one.
She stepped into the shower area, closed her eyes, and let the gentle stream of water wash over her body, rinsing away the impurities Will had left on her.
She gently stroked her skin, the smooth and delicate touch, as if nothing had ever happened.
She was still the pure Saintess.
After rinsing clean, she stepped into the hot spring area. The misty steam rising from the hot spring water enveloped her in a fog.
Chris felt as if she had returned to the past.
That beautiful time when she firmly believed she would protect the world.
But the swollen sensation from behind her constantly reminded her that everything had changed.
Chris extended her finger. She gritted her teeth; Will was too long, making it difficult to squeeze out with muscles alone, so she had to use her fingers.
Fortunately, she was in the water, which could reduce some of the shame.
Chris felt her fingertips scooping out bundles.
Along with it came strange sensations. Even if she didn't want to admit it, Will was right; this twisted feeling filled her with intense humiliation.
Her tears silently streamed down her cheeks.
As her fingers moved faster and faster.
Chris's hatred for Will grew more intense in her eyes, and her mind was filled with images of Will wantonly humiliating her.
"Waaaaah.."
She finally couldn't hold back, and her broken cries grew louder and louder. Finally, her cries and strange sounds intertwined until they subsided.
When Chris returned to her room, night had already fallen.
She stood in front of her room door, gently closing her eyes. There were still too many people in this world who needed her help; she couldn't fall.
When Chris opened her eyes again, her face had regained its saintly purity.
Chris pushed open the door and saw Sylvie standing by the window, looking at the sky.
"Sylvie?" Chris had long noticed that her teammate had something on her mind, but because she herself was in a precarious situation, she hadn't delved deeper.
Sylvie, as if waking from a dream, turned her head when she heard the voice: "Chris, you're back."
"Yes." Chris walked over: "I just went to investigate the symbiotes and made some new discoveries. Let's go to Mr. Will's place together..."
Chris saw Sylvie's low spirits and that she wasn't listening intently: "Sylvie, you seem to have something on your mind?"
Sylvie looked up, met Chris's eyes, then lowered her head again: "Yes, I feel like I can't help with anything."
Her expression was very calm, as if she was narrating something unrelated to herself: "Will died in front of us, and I couldn't do anything. If Will hadn't saved me in time, I would have died then too."
Sylvie sighed and continued: "I originally persisted until now for revenge, but now it seems I can't do anything."
Chris was silently speechless after hearing this. She could feel Sylvie's inner pain and struggle.
She was pretty much the same.
Sylvie came from a rural area. If Will hadn't killed her parents, she probably would have lived her whole life as a farmer.
Now she was despairing due to Will's power.
Chris didn't know how to comfort her for a moment, so she just held her hand.
Outside, the night was already deep.
Will sat in his room and, seeing Chris push the door open, frowned and asked, "Where's Sylvie?"
Sylvie was a Hero, a very idealistic profession, capable of bursting with power beyond her level to defeat enemies of evil alignment. She was an important combat force in his plan.
Chris's expression was complex: "She can't fight right now. Let's finalize the plan first."
Will didn't ask much more, deciding to figure out how to handle the Hero later: "The symbiotes have most likely spread through 'sex' and infected San Marino City, but this is an infant form."
"Our first priority is to ensure the safety of our high-level collaborators through purification."
Upon hearing "purification," Chris felt awful.
After hesitating, she said, "Bishop Victoria Will meet with us tomorrow. She... is actually my mother. I ask you not to do anything excessive to her."
