Lyria- Bolt, we need to talk.
Bolt- Hm? Leaving AAA out of the conversation again? She's going to be disappointed with you for sure.
Lyria- Fine. Let's call her as well.
Moments later, Bolt calls AAA to discuss what seems to be a bit urgent.
Lyria- Don't call me crazy but..... I still doubt that Eric is telling us the truth.
Bolt- Interesting. What makes you think so?
Lyria- Well firstly if we base of background, the Vanguard will not let chances like this by get past them to frame one another.
AAA- Oh~
Lyria- Plus, a Vanguard wanting peace is the most false delusion one of that organisation can have. Burdens? You think they care about all that?
Bolt- You sure he's not listening in our heads now?
Lyria- No.
AAA- Well then we are free to discuss this matter.
Bolt- So based on what you said....you're trying to say that he could have emotionally manipulated the overseer?
Lyria- She's not a very naive one, so at first I too thought I was just overthinking. But...
AAA- Hm? But?
Lyria- He still hasn't explained how he survived, The Cetus, even after getting his body sliced into pieces. There must be a different idea between these Vanguards, but I just don't seem to get the idea behind it.
Plus, if what we decipher about him is true then he could later pose a threat even to the Overseer.
Bolt- Seems you're right, it somewhat feels like the Overseer is attached to him after these incidents.
Lyria- Hm. Then here comes the real issue, since he already has made 'allies' with us, if he tries to harm the overseer, we could very well be scapegoats for the scene.
AAA- I'll give it to you, you have certainly stolen my instincts.
Bolt- You know I was actually about to take a gamble.
Lyria- A gamble? With Crestfallen?
Bolt- Yes. When he offered his help to tea h me the powers of this world which I couldn't understand, I wanted to risk my life just to learn about it so maybe it can ring a bell or two in my head.
AAA- Bolt, let me tell you, learning Flux is not worth your life. It's more of a curse than a power sometimes..... you'll get what I'm saying later on.
Lyria- Wait actually that's interesting.... Maybe he knows something that we don't know.
AAA- If this is the case in Echelon, I won't be surprised if a special Bounty Hunter is assigned to monitor this place.
Lyria- No you're wrong. This place has already been secured bg the vanguard, so a last second bounty hunter call would be futile for this place.
If what I say proves to be true, there is no other protection within Echelon, that can surpass Crestfallen.
AAA- As a matter of fact *opens phone* seems like my internet is not working, what about you two?
Both Bolt and AAA open their phones and to their surprise the internet is cut off from their phones as well, so no outside contact can be made.
Lyria- Hmmm.....Just what are you planning, Eric Larson?
Anyways let's just act normal with him, and for heck's sake the two of you, just stay away from him. If anyone who will make contact with him from now on, it will be me.
Bolt and AAA- Alright!
Bolt- So, about that 'training' he said...
Lyria- Keep it on hold, Bolt, look it's not just us with the internet problems, with less than 2 minutes left for the guests' arrival, everyone is panicking about not being able to access their internet.
AAA- Lyria.
Lyria- Yea, AAA?
AAA- I think you might be right that he could have emotionally manipulated the overseer. Even so, a murderer of that race being able to manipulate a remnant who could've been plotting revenge. Just what is going on here? Was everything pre planned?
Bolt- We'll deal with that later, let's just go out separate ways for now, it seems we can't even contact Lyria if we get into trouble so, let's keep alert.
Lyria- Alright time to split up, you two....be careful.
Both AAA and Bolt nod as they get ready to go their separate ways in the dance. As the massive Aeroplane lands on the roof of The Casino Outlet, there is a bunch of applause given as the man himself arrives in Echelon.
The Overseer steps out from the shadows ready to welcome the White haired, Blue eyed, young- appearing man, Antharas, CEO of CF Corp walks on the red carpet.
Sam and Antharas make contact with a handshake as, the entire crowd applauses, even Eric applauses while beside him Lyria just stands with her arms crossed expecting something unwanted to happen. The applause is for very long until they eventually stop as Antharas has a speech ready to say to the crowd gathered.
Some people in the crowd- *are the rumours really true? He's over three thousand years old? But he appears to be a very young man.*
*Also where are his bodyguards, this would be such an easy chance for anyone to attempt murder.*
*No-no, it's probably that he has some special powers as well, the one they get from the stars themselves or the one they call 'Flux'.*
Antharas- Actions. Actions, can speak louder than words. There can be intel, productivity, partnerships, friendships, relationships and many more...
Which is why I as the CEO of Clutterfunk, have decided that we, as a whole will be collaborating with the esteemed citizens and overseer of the universe, Echelon.
Bolt- What??!! U-universe?
AAA looks at Bolt with a moment of concern, but then finally understands that Bolt is a bit outdated with the current era.
Antharas- The universe of Skyscrapers shines bright and neon in the dark sky, until the Moment of Syzygy appears.
But with the power of Science, anything can be possible and especially when it comes to developing the majestic universe of Echelon, I will personally participate in this universe' progression. Thank you.
*Crowd cheers*
There is a lot of noise within the crowd which is ignored by Antharas as he seems to have a word or two with Sam. Even though the crisis about the internet could be concerning, the crowd purely think about joy at the moment including Eric.
AAA- Bolt, there's been something I need to clarify with you.
Bolt- What is that supposed to mean??
AAA- This trip to Echelon, was just a start for you, usually we are assigned commissions or tasks to take care of but, this trip here was just to show you how the world of scouting can be.
Bolt- What are you trying to say? Are you convincing be to stay calm because we won't get any backups since we're on an official mission?
AAA- Look, we are not here to ditch you, but take you on adventures which me and Lyria are trying to do, so just bear with us this one trip. I promise once we survive, which we will, the next journey will be more calm and easygoing.
Bolt- Nothinging for you to apologise. This is how our stars have aligned in Echelon. Lets just hope for the best and not worry too much.
Anyways, we have found the target, hope we can have a few words with him.
AAA- Yea, finally you can find out what could possible have been your past and who knows, maybe your brain will recall some memories?
Bolt- Hope so.
Before departing to Echelon...
Cecilia- This isn't an official mission, so please make sure to take care of yourselves and Bolt, the latest scout as well.
AAA- Eh, don't worry, as the self proclaimed leader, I will ensure everyone's safety.
Cecilia - If any means to save them are needed, don't hesitate to use your 'beyond the universe abilities'.
AAA- Hey...I know that was an intentional phrase to mock my powers....anyways yea I will use it if time comes.
