The security guards could not believe that Alex was the new owner of the Blue cloud mansion. The second security guard asked "If you are the owner than you should have some property papers right. Where is it?"
The second guard threatened"Show the documents for verification purpose and if you are not able to show then leave or we will have to report to police."
Alex understood that these people were just doing their job so he said politely "Sir! Please understand. I had bought the mansion just yesterday online so I do not have any physical documents with me right now."
The first guard said "Are you leaving or not? Would you like us to use force? Because if that happens then you will end up behind bars. So its better to leave right now."
Alex said "Sir! Please try to understand. I am the owner of the Blue Cloud Mansion and have come to claim my property."
The Guard said "Okay then since you won't backoff then we will call the police."
The Golden Cloud Beach District guards could only prevent them from entering the gate or use force to stop people, but they were unable to beat them because they were merely guards. In addition, Alex was attempting to enter the property in a straightforward manner and was courteous, so they were unable to identify any rudeness on his part. The only thing was that he appeared to be a scammer or a member of the press. It was best to let the police handle it if any of that was true. The police showed up five minutes after the guards reported him.
The Police officer said "I've been informed that there is an attempt to breach into the Golden Cloud Beach District."
The first Gurad said "Hi there! Officer Since this boy is attempting to enter the Golden Beach District, it was me who reported this. He was unable to provide any names when we asked whether he had any relatives so we could call and confirm. He refuses to move despite repeated reminders, which also prevents others from entering the gate. He merely asserts that he is the owner of the Blue Clould Mansion, whose construction was only finished yesterday. We have not received any information on its sale. In addition, he appears to be only twenty years old. How could he be the owner of Blue Cloud home, the priciest home in our Golden Beach District?"
The Police Officer understood the situation at a glance and said to Alex "Hello, young man. I need you to accompany me to the police station. I am placing you under police custody."
Alex said "Officer All I'm doing is attempting to access my property. The Blue Cloud Mansion belongs to me. Why am I being taken into custody?"
The Police Officer said "Do you have any Proof or any documents that you are the owner of the Blue cloud Mansion? If not then come with me to the Police station. I do not have time to waste."
Alex said "Officer I just bought the Mansion yesterday night from the website so I do not have any physical document at the moment."
The Police Officer said "My patience is being tested by you. I now have to employ force because of you."
The officer approached Alex, grabbed his collar, and was about to pull him out of the vehicle when Alex stated "Hold on! I believe I have a phone number. I may not have the paperwork with me, but I can find the phone number on the website."
The Police Officer said "Are you trying to threaten me? I do not fear anybody. The one whom you are trying to contact even if he is a Government official he is not above the law."
Alex said hurriedly "You misinterpreted me, officer. You were never threatened by me. I obtained the phone number from the website where I made the transaction, but you requested the property documentation, which I did not have. Please allow me to call."
The Police Officer said "Okay but if you are trying to play any tricks on me then you are going to regret it."
Alex dialed the number from his phone the number ranged twice.
Tring Tring
Someone picked up the call from the other side and it was a female voice "Thank you for calling Golden Beach Properties Department. How may I help you?"
Alex said "Hi! I am Alex. I have recently purchased a property in the Golden Cloud Beach and today I have came to claim my property and enter the Golden Beach District however the Guards have stopped me at the gate and are prohibitting me from entering the district."
The Representative said from the other end "Sorry for the inconvenience Sir. In order to proceed further I will need to ask you some verification questions. Please answer in one attempt only."
Alex said "Sure I will try."
The Representative asked "What is you Black Rock City Identification Number?"
Alex said "Sure the Identification Number Is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx234."
The Representative said "Thank you. May I also have the Property Number."
Alex had the Property number sent to him on his phone via message the other day so he checked his phone and said "Sure the property number is 92xxxxxxxxxxxx986765."
The Representative said "Thank you for ....."
The Representative just stopped mid sentence as she was stunned for a moment. To pass the verification there were only two questions which needed to be answered correctly however that has to be in one attempt only. The first question was answered correctly as the system showed green signal when she entered it into the system so it was a pass.
Second question was also answered correctly as when she entered the property number the system gave green signal and it was a pass. However with the green signal the system also showed the Property name which was the Blue Cloud Mansion. The most expensive property in the whole of Golden Beach District. The construction was completed yesterday only so she did not have any idea that it was sold. However the property was listed for sale on the website since the project started last year.
When a project is started in the Golden Beach District, it is typically put on the website for sale and sold within a few days since everyone knows that the Golden Beach District is the best and that the properties they create are unique to Black Rock City. This time, though, the Golden Beach District was quite ambitious since, upon announcing the project last year and listing it for sale on the website, they set an incredibly high price of one hundred million dollars.
After over a year, there was hardly any response from the public, and the project was finally finished. They even reduced the price to ninty million dollars, but no one responded. However, someone bought the Blue Cloud Mansion online just yesterday after the building was finished and it was ready for use. Because this kind of occurrence typically generates headlines, it had not yet been reported in the media.
But this was the Mansion which was the most expensive in the Golden Beach District. And the system also promted that this was a Highly Valued Customer. Just has the representative was contemplating and there was no response from her as she was stunned Alex said "Hello! Are you there?"
The Representative said "Sorry Sir! I just got stuck. Thank you for completing the Verification. How may I help you?"
Alex said "As I said I had purchased this Property in the Golden Beach district from the website yesterday and want to enter my property however the Guards here prohibits me from even entering it. They have even reported this to the Police."
The Representative said "What? Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me handle this matter for you. May I place your call on hold for two minutes."
Alex said "Yes Go ahead."
The Representative knew that someone who could buy the Blue Cloud Mansion must have a Prominent background and the system also prompted that this was a Highly Valued Customer so she needs to handle this with care. She went upto her supervisor and narrated the whole incident to her.
Even the Supervisor was shocked since a person who could buy the Blue Cloud Mansion must have a terrifying background and it seems that this person had encountered the most unfortunate incident on his first arrival at the Golden Cloud Beach District. If this person is angered then the Golden Cloud Beach may lose a lot of business and consequences.
Additionally, as she began her shift this morning, the higher management informed her that Blue Cloud Mansion had been sold. Since even the upper management wanted to satisfy this customer, she had to set them a greeting event. She simply didn't anticipate it happening so quickly.
She immediately called the Guard Office.
When the guard in charge of them received the call, his demeanor shifted to one of shock. Since the Property Office department said that Alex was the owner of Blue Cloud Mansion, it appeared that they had made a grave error.
