Shen He nodded simply and pried open the bottle cap with his thumb.
He does need some alcohol right now to maintain a semblance of calm.
"Okay. Thank you for saving Pepper." Tony, a middle-aged man nearing forty, had a look of lingering fear in his eyes. "If anything had happened to Pepper, I would have really been all alone."
"What are you planning to do in the future?" Shen He looked at Tony. "This won't be the last time. From the moment you put on the armor and decided to become a superhero, you'll be targeted, putting yourself and your family at risk."
"What to do?" Tony tilted his head back and took a big gulp of wine. "I've been thinking about what to do too, but it wasn't until I saw Pepper fall into the fire just now that I knew what to do.
