By the time everyone took his place in the study room .
Damien was ready to represent his so called reform that he found in ancient books.
Will he taught for the time being that his army could be a mix between ancient techniques used by the like of the Roman,Persian,Arab and Chinese and modern ones imitating the Americans.
You can say anything about the Americans but thei army structure it what gave an edge on any war they fought.
So after readying himself an organising his idea he started talking:'let me begins by welcoming all of you to this meeting but before starting I would like from Crowley and Jean to chose one of the rooms inc the castle to become exclusively used for metting'.
They both answered:'we where thinking the same thing my lord'.
Then he exhumed his talking:'first will follow this structure for the army formation or units from here on so from the smaller ones to the bigger one's first a squad led by a sergeant and in case of his death the oldest servant soldier will take his place after that we will have a platon Which will consist of four squads led by a lieutenant and head sergeant beyond this unit their will be a company consisting of four platon under the leadership of a captain and vice captain and all of this formation will be belong to a formation called battalion.
This formation consists of five normale company's and a sixth who will have double the number of regulars company and would be and direct contrôle of the battalion leader led by a colonel and a lieutenant colonel they're subsequent units but we would talk about them when we can have a bigger army'.
Taking his breath he continued:'the colonel will have a groupe of officers helping him acting as staff responsible for logistics, relaying orders , discipline and drawing the major goal or strategic goal of the battalion and generale direction of the battlefield plan as for details of how to execute the orders would be delegated later on to officers as they accumulate experience '.
Taking a long breath his said :'we Will add also three ranks fo the soldiers in other to motivate them first private, second-classe private and finaly first-class private'.
After he said:'if anyone has any question or objection or a change should mention now'.
After a moment of silence and looking at eachother the first to talk was not Clark as Damien taught instead it was but by knight manid who will be in charge of recruitment and probably also the logistics of the army.
He stood started talking:'from the details information you give us my lord I am sure this are the structure made by high level civilization as the only ones that use similar formation are either the knight orders or permanent legion serving the holy seat of the church of light 🕯️ or the royal armies'.
He took his breath :' applying this to our army will mean making a standing army which will be paid ,barracks to be build and a lot more materiel to equipe them than it's available no sir as at the least this battalion will consist of more than 1000 soldier and officers plus the camp followers'.
Damien he really appreciated all the points presented by him first it's solidified that they are gotten from the grand-duke library as everything he will announce later and second he aborted the next subject he wanted to talk about that the soldiers would be permanent.
So after a moment he responded:'happy that you touches on this two subject as I already had the idea to present them to you first yes we will two kind of soldiers one who are full-time soldiers and others as volunteers and conscripts who can become full-time soldiers if they want to and prove themselves '.
'as for the second one we will start a recruitment campaign to reach that target of more than a thousand soldier as for the ressources we will be starting a few industries to generate more revenue and at same time up the production of weapons in the town even to start exporting them to others I hope this answer will satisfy everyone '.
Everyone nod expressing that they're satisfied with this arrangement and if they're not they probably won't voice it now until they see those industries.
After seeing this Damien started talking:'this will lead to the training of the soldiers from the texte i deciphered first we need to work on physical I don't think I need to put an emphasis ont this si we will distribute to every full-time soldier the warrior cultivating technique if he is an infantry unti usin sword or lance and ranger cultivation technique for those using ranged weapons like the bow and the weapon that the dwarves are working on it and in few days we will have a prototype to test'.
Taking his breath he continued:'seconde we will work en training them on team effort on a battle formation called shield wall 🛡️in which rows of swords or lance infantry units lock shields with eachother and defend or Testudo use attack and missile fire and others after they master this two third discipline we must instil in them by doing matches every days bestowing reward and punishment to motivate them which will be up to the ones responsible for the training that all do now'.
After hearing all of this it's Clark the leading knight who talked this time.

Damien heatin this was extatique this mean it will be no backlash from implementing them as for they will work or not they have already proven to work on the blue star and adding later on firearms if no pig team show up they will have a good chance of winning against their enemies.
So he turned to his chief of staff and said:'i am happy to hear this and I hope everyone will fit its all'.
After that he turned to Jean and said:' I hope you will draft a recruitment notice in town in neighbouring village with good pay as you see fit and discuss with manid how much soldiers we need to recruit and try to recruit first hose who have some experience in hunting or former adventures '.
He answered right away:'i would do as you say please sir manid how do we need to recruit for the army'.
Manid was writin on paper probably calculating a few minutes later he said:' we have thre hundred soldier from the garrison and three hundred came with his Highness so we have around six hundred solide so we ar least need another five hundred and thirty soldiers and for the time will draw the officers from the older soldiers of the garrison,the squires and those that came with his Highness this way we will have someone with experience to guide the newbies '.
Satisfied with this Damien give a nod approving of it.

First equipment wil be specialised for each groupe starting by the infantry:
They are two types close armed units who will be armed with a sword 🗡️,a spear ,full armour gear either of leather or iron or steal which will be standardised later to full steel Armor and a shield 🛡️ big enough to hide a man behind it.
Second group would be archers 🏹 they will be equipped with a bow and a quive of arrow containing at least 25 arrows as for armour light armour made for leather to facilitate movement and a short sword for close combat.
Third group would th one equipped with the New weapons as for armour leather and steel one for specific area as shown in the design.
Lastly but not last cavalry for the time being they will only one type of it armed with a long lance ,long sword and shield 🛡️ as for armour steel Armor from head to toe.
