For the Stats the "-" represents the level whilst the "0/300" represents the Value needed to increase said Stat.

Health or Life Cannot be represented by a numerated stat accurately else It'd be off or it would require much more "Sibylline" to process efficiently which even then there are other factors to weigh such as Willpower, Stamina, ETC Its just too unstable of a stat to summon quickly and inform along with Stamina within milliseconds.
