Family Guy World, Dumpling's secret base.
"Oh, oh, oh! Let's see who's back, it's Chris!"
Seeing Chris disappear in the Death God World through his wristband, Dumpling realized Chris had returned, and immediately stood up, shouting with joy towards the space-time pod.
He hadn't forgotten Chris's words about repaying him. At this moment, he looked at Chris with a joyful heart, awaiting his return.
He didn't want much, just to be able to study the special laws he had finally obtained.
Dumpling had once detected something similar on the Shinigami in their world, but unfortunately, due to Peter, the cooked duck flew away, leaving him with no data at all.
Hearing the familiar voice, Chris pushed open the space-time pod and walked out.
Looking at Dumpling's expectant expression, Chris asked with a solemn face, "My dear brother, please tell me what exactly happened with my Time travel this time? Can you give me a perfect answer?"
Hearing Chris bring up old scores, Dumpling's expectant expression instantly stiffened, then he waved his hand and said, "You've been through so much, you must be very tired. I won't disturb your rest."
Saying that, Dumpling was about to slip away, but his short legs were no match for Chris.
Chris didn't even move; he reached out, and Dumpling was lifted into his hand.
Seeing that things were not looking good, Dumpling immediately showed innocent little eyes, looking pitifully at Chris.
And Chris seemed truly moved by Dumpling's expression. He slowly put Dumpling down, then walked outside.
Just as Dumpling was giving his performance full marks, he heard Chris say in a sinister tone, "Stewie, be careful! After all... the Shinigami is here!"
After speaking, Chris left the secret base directly and then walked out of Dumpling's room.
Only Dumpling remained in the base, puzzled. He didn't understand what Chris meant by those words. Could it be that the laws he obtained were related to the Shinigami?
While Dumpling was speculating, he completely failed to notice that when Chris left, the base door opened, causing a gust of wind to blow in.
After the wind entered the base, it eerily swept along the ground, picking up Dumpling's empty potato chip bag. The bag floated up, spinning and sticking to Dumpling's head.
"Ah! Ah! fuck, what is this?"
With the sudden potato chip bag on his face, Dumpling screamed in surprise, struggling to tear the bag from his face.
But the smooth chip bag was difficult to pull off at once, and even stuck closer with Dumpling's scratching, until the moment Dumpling was about to suffocate, the bag was finally pulled off.
"fuck! fuck! Chris, you bastard, this prank is a bit too much!"
After the strange incident just now, and the special ripple curve on his detection instrument, Dumpling instantly understood that Chris was behind it.
He walked out of the base shouting, then prepared to go downstairs to confront Chris.
But as soon as he reached the stairs, looking at the steep staircase, Dumpling didn't dare to go down, and could only stand at the doorway shouting, "Chris! Are you trying to kill me? Don't you know that for an infant, suffocation is one of the greatest dangers!"
"Then do you know that for humans, fires, explosions, lightning strikes, car accidents, meteor impacts, and so on, are all extremely fatal dangers!"
Chris walked out of the room, looking at Dumpling expressionlessly, then listed one by one his experiences in the Death God World.
"Oh, you didn't come downstairs!" Dumpling heard Chris's voice coming from behind him and immediately turned around in surprise.
Then Dumpling realized there was a problem with Chris's words, and immediately retorted loudly, "No! This is sophistry. You are no longer an ordinary human! Those things are not dangerous to you at all!"
"Then what about a meteor impact? You should know that if it weren't for your conscience kicking in and offering help, I would have been half-dead even if I didn't die."
"Uh..." Dumpling was speechless, because he hadn't expected the Shinigami's limit for creating accidents to be so high.
If he had known, he would definitely have waited for Chris to get stronger before sending him in.
Or chosen a more suitable world to send him into to suffer a setback.
Watching Dumpling fall silent, Chris squatted down and looked him directly in the eyes, saying seriously, "Can't you explain it now? So, out of consideration for your conscience kicking in, I just let you experience a similar near-death experience. I won't test other more dangerous things on you, lest you really kick the bucket."
"OK! You win this time, but I won't give up on getting my revenge."
Hearing Dumpling say defiantly, Chris chuckled, "Immature! I'm too lazy to bother with you!"
Chris suddenly realized that Dumpling was still a child, and for this guy, everything he did was just playing a game.
So, arguing about these issues with him, even if Dumpling's intelligence could understand, he wouldn't care at all.
Because this guy was just looking for someone to play games with him, just looking for fun.
Normally it was Brian, who could hear him speak, but now it had become Chris, who was more capable and offered more fun.
Realizing this, Chris turned and went back into the room, no longer paying attention to Dumpling who wanted to continue making threats.
He now needed to properly understand his newly acquired abilities and see what wonders this thing held.
And Dumpling, seeing Chris ignore him, didn't take it to heart at all.
After all, with his abilities, Chris would certainly still need his help; he was completely dependent on him now.
So he just needed to wait patiently and prepare for the next time he would get his revenge.
"Hehe, hahahaha... Cough cough cough! fuck, are you still using your abilities to mess with me!?"
Dumpling, who was laughing loudly, suddenly choked on his own saliva, then began to suspect Chris again, but this time Chris didn't pay attention to him.
Fortunately, this time it was truly an accident, and Dumpling recovered after catching his breath.
But this time he cautiously returned to his room, then entered the base; he was going to build a set of personal protective equipment.
Meanwhile, Chris, in his own room, had temporarily figured out the specific use of the Shinigami's abilities.
Unlike the Shinigami's own manifestation, the abilities Chris gained could only manifest as bad luck, killing the opponent by making them unlucky.
And the upper limit was very low, at most creating accidents like plane crashes, car accidents, train derailments, or cruise ship sinkings. It couldn't operate without human intervention at all.
Natural disasters, like those the Shinigami used against him, were completely unusable.
It meant it was significantly weakened, with a world of difference in power.
However, Chris could understand this, because when the Shinigami used natural disasters against him, Chris could feel that the Shinigami paid a price.
And through the concept of destiny he perceived after gaining the ability, Chris guessed that the Shinigami must have borrowed the power of the overall concept of destiny to be able to do such exaggerated things.
If viewed this way, even if that Shinigami controlled the concept of life and death, it might only be a very small part of it, probably only up to the level of man-made disasters.
But then he thought that even that main body of the concept of destiny seemed to only cover the North American continental region, unable to completely cover the entire Earth.
Realizing this, Chris couldn't help but complain, 'So after all that, it's not even planet-level!'
