Chapter 2
Identity
---
'Great Sage Equal to Heaven'
'Handsome Monkey King'
'Demon King'
'Monkey King'
These were some of the many titles given to him. His true name which he forgot due to many reincarnations he had was surely remembered by the beings of the previous worlds he once lived in.
"Sarutobi Jin."
This was his name this time around and the last name he hoped to have. He was tired of this. The repeated reincarnations.
Sarutobi Jin as he was called in this world looked at beautiful blue sky from the fairly big tree he was sitting on top of.
He specifically looked at the clouds.
"Hmm. Let's see." He pondered for a bit before extending out his right arm upward and stretching his palms.
"Come! Cloud!"
.
...
He was met with nothing but silence.
"Sigh." Jin was not puzzled by this. He had already tried this a million times. "What was it called again?"
Names were important. It was an identity given to something by someone and sadly Jin could not remember any names.
'This is truly a dilemma.'
Without his identity he could not access any of his powers. He somewhat knew what kind of life he lived but everything was hazy.
But this world. He knew of it. Naruto.
He did not know how or why he remembers it, but he knew this was supposed to be a fictional world. Anime, was it?
It had already been four years since he had reincarnated and many memories, he once recalled clearly were also getting hazy, but Jin knew once he remembered his previous name.
'It would be game over for everybody else.'
Jin laughed thinking about the prospect. He was after all the most powerful being in three worlds.
'The Great Sage Equal to Heaven'
Thinking about it he jumped from the tree straight to the ground below.
'I still have my training today.'
---
Everybody knew Sarutobi Jin was weird and talented. He was the type of guy who would make fun of you when you told him your mom died but there was no doubt, he was the most talented child in Sarutobi Clan.
And the proof was right in front of them.
As a boy who was four years older than him laid on the ground while Jin stood there smirking and rubbing his nose.
Four years older or younger meant nothing in the world of Shinobi and all the instructors here knew that but what was scary was that they were still children.
The boy who laid down in front of him was already Genin level and it has been only two weeks since Jin had received his training.
The instructors gulped.
'He was a Monster.'
----
Akemi Sarutobi was a strong woman and anyone who doubted it either did not know who Akem Sarutobi was or...nothing. Everybody who knew her could accept it.
She was not a Ninja nor was she ever gifted to become one, but she was smart and her will was stronger than the most.
Her parents were both Ninja's of the leaf, but she was never talented enough to be one. If she was born in this time period, she could be one but, in her time, only those who had talent could be one.
It was because the Ninja Academy was founded only a few years before her birth and it was the policy implemented by the Second Hokage to make sure the clans mingled with the civilians by having a stricter process to be a Ninja.
It was genius.
"What should I cook for Jin today?" Akemi thought out loud. Her husband was a civilian who died few months before Jin's birth. It was due to illness.
Just then she heard the loud voice of his son.
"I am home, Mom."
She smiled and went to the door, but she suddenly froze as beside her little boy was the Hokage.
Hiruzen Sarutobi.
The Hokage of Hidden Leaf and the head of Sarutobi Clan.
She looked at her son again. He had his usual cheeky smile on his face.
'What did he do this time?' Akemi wondered.
