Chapter 19 - Chapter 19. Revolving Lantern

I am considering updating this fic again, but not in daily update. Maybe 5 chapters at least a week, but in bulk.

In addition, for the story as you can see so far; the MC was Aura Farming soo much. It is different with the other two fics in my library, this one really represents the Chinese representative image.

So, anyone don't forget to turn off your brain filter when reading this.

———

Outside the Domain, on the edge of a skyscraper rooftop—

Gojo Satoru stood with one hand in his pocket, his Six Eyes fixed on the grotesquely distorted patch of blood-red space below. Malevolent Shrine—an invisible structure, like a giant cocoon soaked in malice—loomed in absolute stillness over the ruins.

"Strange" Gojo murmured, brows knitting beneath white lashes. "After a Domain Expansion, there should be a massive spike in Cursed Energy. Instead—nothing? Not even a vibration?"

He stroked his chin. "Could it be over already? Was that kid taken out?"

Nearby, Itadori Yuji crouched at the ledge, gripping the concrete so tightly his knuckles whitened.

His eyes didn't leave the desolate crimson space.

"Gojo-sensei—" Yuji's voice cracked. "Nero won't lose."

"Oh?" Gojo glanced over, genuinely curious. "Why's that?"

Yuji sucked in a shaky breath and quickly explained:

"When we were trapped in Kenjaku's Culling Game barrier—Nero dismantled the entire thing—Tokyo's whole barrier—like pulling apart building blocks. No technique, no chants—just peeled it off, like a sticker."

He swallowed.

"And the moment it collapsed—every Cursed Spirit and Curse User with cursed energy in Tokyo—every single one—was annihilated instantly."

He paused; even remembering it made his voice falter.

"And before that, in Shibuya—Sukuna's first Domain Expansion was shredded by him. And Megumi's Mahoraga? Killed instantly with one slash."

Yuji's tone was quiet, but each word landed in Gojo's chest like a hammer.

Whoosh!

Gojo whipped his head forward, Six Eyes fully open, shock flooding his expression.

"Huh?! That strong?!"

He glanced at Nanami, as if needing confirmation.

"Nanami?"

Nanami adjusted his glasses, jaw tight. He didn't speak. He only nodded—slow, heavy, absolute.

The air thickened.

The silent, blood-red Domain—Yuji's recounting of impossible feats—Nanami's affirmation—A cold chill crawled up Gojo Satoru's spine.

He turned back toward the Domain.

A gleam—part excitement, part instinctive caution—lit the depths of his Six Eyes.

"Nero~" A smile stretched across his lips. "This is getting interesting."

Inside the battlefield—

Sukuna's rage warped the air.

"Can't please you?!" His Cursed Marks twisted, four crimson eyes burning. "Then I'll cut you apart!"

Boom!

The Domain shook violently. Slashes doubled—Dismantles and Cleaves layering into a howling storm. Taisai Tensei stood at the center, surrounded by a blinding white density of death.

He bent his knees. Yamato carved a dark blue arc. A flash—

Every slash evaporated the instant they touched his blade. Sukuna felt it. Every attack—intercepted, erased, not even a ripple left.

"AHH!" Sukuna roared, veins bulging as he poured out more and more Cursed Energy.

But Taisai Tensei sheathed his sword. The metallic click echoed across the Domain.

"I'm bored."

Clang.

Yamato drew again. The Domain convulsed.

A dark-blue slash ripped through space, splitting pillars, altar, and even the rules of the Domain itself in one stroke.

Sukuna's pupils shrank.

His world cracked—The Domain shattered like glass.

Crash!!

The moment the blade passed him, Sukuna felt no pain—only a cold that gripped his soul. He saw the sword light continue upward—cutting the shrine, the clouds—and then the sky. Sunlight blasted through the cleaved heavens, washing the ruins in gold.

On the rooftop outside—Yuji shot to his feet. "The sky—split?!"

Gojo's Six Eyes reflected the heavenly scar. "He even cut the weather."

Sukuna's vision whitened—until nothing remained but endless blank.

Then—a face with stitches appeared.

Mahito grinned. "Yo, King of Curses. Been waiting."

Sukuna looked down at his normal body—no marks, no extra limbs. Deathly still white space.

He smirked. "Seeing you… I've died, huh."

Mahito cackled hysterically. "How does it feel?! Losing to that monster?!"

Sukuna ignored him.

Two more figures appeared—Kenjaku, silent and smiling. Uraume, kneeling, voice trembling.

"Lord Sukuna… how… could you…"

"Why the long face?!" Sukuna barked.

Uraume flinched. Sukuna scanned them all, then laughed—a free, wild sound.

"Isn't this great? I've waited for this day. To be cut down by someone stronger."

Kenjaku's voice was quiet, heavy. "That boy… is the anomaly this world should produce."

Sukuna laughed harder. "You finally realize? Your schemes are nothing before absolute power!"

Kenjaku accepted it with a small nod. Sukuna exhaled, smiling toward the unseen horizon of white.

"What a pity~ Being powerful but alone."

His voice softened. He patted Uraume's shoulder.

"Let's go."

And their forms dissolved into the white. Kenjaku smiled and vanished. Mahito flailed on the ground like a child, screaming—then disappeared.

Reality—

Sunlight fell upon the ruins. Megumi Fushiguro lay unconscious, all Cursed Marks gone, his body restored. Taisai Tensei sheathed Yamato.

Whoosh.

Gojo, Yuji, Nanami, Kusakabe—and Hana with her wings—arrived.

"Yo, young man!" Gojo beamed, reaching to pat him. "Good job—!"

Taisai's cold stare halted his hand mid-air. "Sukuna is dead," he said flatly. "Megumi is intact. I cut Sukuna's soul."

Gojo froze. He scanned Megumi frantically. Then—

"WAAAAAAH!!" Gojo leapt like a hyperactive child, swinging imaginary swords. "What technique is that?! Soul cutting?! How?! Show me!!"

Yuji didn't hear him. He dashed forward, collapsed to his knees, fingers trembling on Megumi's neck.

A pulse. A strong one.

Yuji broke—shoulders shaking, forehead pressed to the dirt.

"It's great… it's really great…"

Nanami adjusted his glasses, speechless. Kusakabe swallowed hard—fear, awe, disbelief swirling in his eyes. Hana landed softly beside Megumi, tears falling silently as she felt his heartbeat.

Taisai looked away. "Things aren't fully resolved."

Gojo paused mid-gesture.

"Megumi's sister," Taisai continued. "Possessed by an old hag chasing Sukuna."

He checked the sky. Clear blue. Then his watch.

"3:32 PM."

He turned to Gojo. "I'm leaving it to you."

Clang.

A dark blue cross tore open space. Electric violet edges crackled.

"HEY—where are you going?!" Gojo yelled.

Halfway into the portal, Taisai didn't turn. He left only a calm, fading mutter:

"Home. Eat. Sleep. Hug girlfriend."
